In my research I found asknicely to be the only tool that provided a unique "Live Chat" experience of taking a survey. This is the feature that we absolutely love about Asknicely. Apart from this the support team is fantastic. Special shout out to Jason for always providing technical guidance promptly and supporting us in every tricky request. The system is super ease to use and implement. We use it for our monthly employee survey as well as customer NPS and exploring integration options with the new CRM we are onboarding. I love the fact that you can trigger a survey with a simple email to asknicely, if full integration is complicated. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
The built in reports and graphs are not that great so I find the best approach is to export the response excel and then go about creating reporting manually. All the information is available within asknicely responses, so a more richer reporting functionality within the system would save a lot of work. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

We have not found anything to dislike. Like most sales processes, the handoff from the first sales rep to the onboarding specialist and account manager was a little uncomfortable at first, but I think that was just an emotional response to change. I like the people I've met and worked with through AskNicely. They have all gone above and beyond each step of the way: Morgan with sales, Jomar with onboarding, and Chris with support and education. No subject has been rushed. Every accommodation has been made to ensure a smooth launch, and all questions have been addressed with concise, knowledgeable answers. My experience with AskNicely makes me confident that we will successfully run campaigns that provide value to Tectonics. In summation, it's been a great experience that I only see getting better. As a first time administrator of the eNPS, I was very impressed with their customer service and knowledge to help guide me through the process. From the initial setup to the execution of surveys and analysis of results, Ask Nicely's platform proved to be incredibly intuitive and efficient. The customization options allowed us to tailor the surveys to our specific needs, ensuring that we captured relevant feedback from our employees. The team at AskNicely were extremely helpful and supportive throughout our Feedback Switchover process from our old provider, to AskNicely.
They did check-ins to see if we needed assistance along the way and set goals for tasks so everything could be switched over easily, making the transition seamless.
They did everything they could to accommodate us, especially working with us to pull across historical data, which is now all live in their dashboard and we can see all our customer feedback in one location.
I was really impressed with the quality of work and friendliness of their team. Not to mention, their system is awesome and super easy to use and navigate for everyday use.
