The system is very easy to set up and use. The features are well laid out and intituve. I am a new user with no prior experence and when I have had questions the Support team is always there to help. This includes some big changes I have made with our integrations as well as our large data sets. They have gone above and beyond to help. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Reporting can be at times a bit lacking and the date filtering is not tied to calendar quarters. I made this request and the development team will review it and I hope they can implement this. They are always open to new feature requests. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Using AskNicely to generate customer feedback/CSATs. Big fan of the way you design questionnaires to send out. The ability to create dynamic forms is impressive.
Only reason I gave it a 9 was i couldn't easily find out if salesforce flow could trigger one off surveys. A support agent was quick to help me. Another reason why I'd recommend this solution. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

1. Easy to Implement - doesn't require a lot of difficult configuration or jumping through hoops to get it working.
2. Easy to Use - It is easy to construct and send out surveys.
3. Funcationality - It has all of the key features of a CSAT management application you would need.
4. Integration - It integrates well with our CRM tools.

We are an MSP and integration with some of our tools was difficult out of the box. We ended up needing a 3rd party integration tool to complete. I don't blame that necessarily on AskNicely because our MSP tools are notorious for difficult integrations with 3rd party tools. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

AskNicely have helped me a lot in finding answers in a quickly way for any issue that our customers report, but to be honest i always use the tool "rephrase", i think that one is pretty awesome, it helps me to create and have better communication with the customers. 10/10! Sometimes when i look for an specific word or issue it's a little bit difficul to get the result i wanted, needed or i remembered that i once found it. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.


For a long time we have operated on what we *think* guests want and see as important. Now we have real data to tell us what guests truly see as important, providing us direction on where we need to enhance our experience.
Also, we have seen an immediate dip in negative reviews since people have a different outlet where they can voice their concerns about their visit and we can address them in real time. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
A great feature would be if AskNicely could help us prioritize areas for improvement by cross referencing the customer feedback data with where we identify as areas for improvement. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I like that it integrates with our internal chat software, Slack, so that we can see our reviews real-time. Additionally, it integrates with Intercom so we can manage the communication with the customer from there. It has streamlined our process internally to allow us to manage both the review visibility and review communication directly to our customers through Slack and Intercom. AskNicely's product is mature and well developed. It is capable of meeting very complex use cases. The technical support in the implementation phase was excellent and we have had very little trouble getting it working. The platform is very easy to use, even for non-technical staff. It allows for individual branding of the different subdivisions of our businesses and it gives a sense of professionalism to our clients who receive our surveys. I have investigated many platforms, and this is the most smooth implementation that I've come across with no gimmicks. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Several years ago we considered this platform, but our business was smaller and it wasn't as affordable. Now that we have scaled to a larger size the pricing seems very fair. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
