The best thing about AskNicely is the opportunity to have a second chance to get it right if the communciations were not clear first time. Even if we can't do anything more we can still provide more of the 'why' to our customers. Nothing really. It is a very quick and easy response experience for customers, team leaders and management can easily review the scores and follow up with congratulations to staff or ask if we have gone back to the customer with a follow up. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
As a medical device company, providing high level support to our customers in effort to improve the patient experience is our primary focus. AskNicely has been instrumental in our journey to identifying customer needs and improving the patient experience. The platform is incredibly easy to navigate, allowing for easy data and metric tracking, case management and multidepartmental feedback analysis. Additionally, the integration with our CRM was incredily smooth and took very little time to set-up.

The easy way to send surveys to our customers, the way ask Nicely provide an exact feedback and the control of the NPS score. Also everytime a customer provide us a feedback we can contact them immediately. The support for the customer is really good, and the ease of implementation on everyday tasks is magnificent. In my research I found asknicely to be the only tool that provided a unique "Live Chat" experience of taking a survey. This is the feature that we absolutely love about Asknicely. Apart from this the support team is fantastic. Special shout out to Jason for always providing technical guidance promptly and supporting us in every tricky request. The system is super ease to use and implement. We use it for our monthly employee survey as well as customer NPS and exploring integration options with the new CRM we are onboarding. The built in reports and graphs are not that great so I find the best approach is to export the response excel and then go about creating reporting manually. All the information is available within asknicely responses, so a more richer reporting functionality within the system would save a lot of work. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

We have not found anything to dislike. Like most sales processes, the handoff from the first sales rep to the onboarding specialist and account manager was a little uncomfortable at first, but I think that was just an emotional response to change. I like the people I've met and worked with through AskNicely. They have all gone above and beyond each step of the way: Morgan with sales, Jomar with onboarding, and Chris with support and education. No subject has been rushed. Every accommodation has been made to ensure a smooth launch, and all questions have been addressed with concise, knowledgeable answers. My experience with AskNicely makes me confident that we will successfully run campaigns that provide value to Tectonics. In summation, it's been a great experience that I only see getting better.
