I like that it integrates with our internal chat software, Slack, so that we can see our reviews real-time. Additionally, it integrates with Intercom so we can manage the communication with the customer from there. It has streamlined our process internally to allow us to manage both the review visibility and review communication directly to our customers through Slack and Intercom. AskNicely's product is mature and well developed. It is capable of meeting very complex use cases. The technical support in the implementation phase was excellent and we have had very little trouble getting it working. The platform is very easy to use, even for non-technical staff. It allows for individual branding of the different subdivisions of our businesses and it gives a sense of professionalism to our clients who receive our surveys. Ask Nicely is the best I have ever used is so easy to navigate and responding to customers is so easy.
The response rate is great compared to other systems I have tried easy simple questions Would recomend this to any type of business as Manager of a busy Service Department I need to know my customers are happy and if something went wrong know about it as soon as possible to address the situation.
App on my phone means I can check anytime also get alerts for low scores Highly recommended A+++++++
My Frontline staff have a vested interest in Ask Nicely Surveys, take it personally if our score is not a 10.

Our businses has recently transitioned from NPS to CSAT style surveying which required a lot of set up on both sides. The Ask Nicely business provided brilliant ongoing service and support to help us reach outstanding goals. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
