What do you like best about AskNicely?

I like that it integrates with our internal chat software, Slack, so that we can see our reviews real-time. Additionally, it integrates with Intercom so we can manage the communication with the customer from there. It has streamlined our process internally to allow us to manage both the review visibility and review communication directly to our customers through Slack and Intercom. What do you dislike about AskNicely?

If I were to give a recommendation, definitely use the integration companies to your benefit. What do you like best about AskNicely?

AskNicely's product is mature and well developed. It is capable of meeting very complex use cases. The technical support in the implementation phase was excellent and we have had very little trouble getting it working. The platform is very easy to use, even for non-technical staff. It allows for individual branding of the different subdivisions of our businesses and it gives a sense of professionalism to our clients who receive our surveys. I have investigated many platforms, and this is the most smooth implementation that I've come across with no gimmicks. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about AskNicely?

Several years ago we considered this platform, but our business was smaller and it wasn't as affordable. Now that we have scaled to a larger size the pricing seems very fair. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is AskNicely solving and how is that benefiting you?

If our clients have a less than stellar experience with our business, the last place we want them to go and vent is google reviews. We would prefer to capture customer experience data into our own environment where we can then address any concerns immediately and resolve them, without the customer needing to vandalise our reputation online to get our attention. What do you like best about AskNicely?

Been in the Motor Trade over 40 years used various customer follow up systems feedback forms etc.

Ask Nicely is the best I have ever used is so easy to navigate and responding to customers is so easy.

The response rate is great compared to other systems I have tried easy simple questions Would recomend this to any type of business as Manager of a busy Service Department I need to know my customers are happy and if something went wrong know about it as soon as possible to address the situation.

App on my phone means I can check anytime also get alerts for low scores Highly recommended A+++++++

My Frontline staff have a vested interest in Ask Nicely Surveys, take it personally if our score is not a 10.

Has changed attitude of Frontline Staff more postive , have a new Advisor she has taken to the app straight away checks it daily sometimes more than once a day. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about AskNicely?

Our businses has recently transitioned from NPS to CSAT style surveying which required a lot of set up on both sides. The Ask Nicely business provided brilliant ongoing service and support to help us reach outstanding goals. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

The only downside was the difference in timezones between the US and Australia, but that has recently changed with our new customer success manager being in New Zealand. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
