In my research I found asknicely to be the only tool that provided a unique "Live Chat" experience of taking a survey. This is the feature that we absolutely love about Asknicely. Apart from this the support team is fantastic. Special shout out to Jason for always providing technical guidance promptly and supporting us in every tricky request. The system is super ease to use and implement. We use it for our monthly employee survey as well as customer NPS and exploring integration options with the new CRM we are onboarding. I love the fact that you can trigger a survey with a simple email to asknicely, if full integration is complicated. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
The built in reports and graphs are not that great so I find the best approach is to export the response excel and then go about creating reporting manually. The onboarding support is excellent. They make sure AskNicely works the way you want it to and keep tweaking it until it does. Once it is set up it is easy to use and just runs by itself. It has a ton of features, many of which we don't utilize, but for larger businesses they would be very helpful. We use AskNicely daily although it is fully integrated into our software so it just does its thing and we get the weekly reports. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

NPS is extremely important in our industry of work. Our CSMs Nicole and Zandri have provided us with a great level of support. They regularly catch up with our business to understand areas within our NPS that need assistance and provide solutions to assist us in achieving our goals.
In addition to the magnificient support, The ease of use to intergrate Asknicely into our CRM makes it easy for any business. It is literally a plug in system. The UI is easy on the eye and very easy to navigate around. I use Asknicely's console every day. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

The Ask Nicely implementation team helped us in getting started and running multiple feedback campaigns for our Accounting and Human Resources teams. Seeing feedback on their dashboard helped our leadership understand who to give kudos to and who needed some more training / help with their duties. Our company had some unique use cases for their product, so they helped us with biweekly meetings and monthly checkups to ensure that we weren't missing out on any of their feature set. Using AskNicely for our semi-annual NPS surveys and daily 5-star transactional surveys helps us keep our finger on the pulse of what we are doing right for our customers and importantly, what we need to do better. Customer experience feedback allows us to specifically target our continuous improvement efforts AND it provides us with great testimonials for marketing our products! I love how easy AskNicely is to use, from the initial onboarding process to implementing new features and integrations. The platform automatically sends surveys through our Salesforce contacts based on the cadence we set, and since joining in early 2024, we've seen a significant increase in 5-star Google reviews. Their customer service is exceptional, and I appreciate the AI insights, MS Teams integration, and testimonial tool that has enhanced our new website. The best thing about ask nicely is the simplicity of the solution both for end users and customers. The interfaces are really easily configurable and provide a really simple way for customers to leave feedback and insight. It's important to understand how our members feel about our workplace, community, involvement, and facility upkeep. We are now paying close attention to resolving member complaints and situations only because of ask nicely, Ask Nicely is making our work much easier. By using this app, we can ensure that member satisfaction is maintained at 100%, which is incredibly helpful. We may easily get in touch with any member to learn about their issues based on their concerns that they expressed through ask nicely. There isn't a point like that, however I'd like to draw attention to the one below as a suggestion:
A. A notification sound or pop-up sound would be nice. I'm not sure if this is possible, but if it is, it will be very beneficial because sometimes we forget to open the app and check the feedback.
