What do you like best about ASKNET SOLUTIONS?

It's a solid solution for our software licensing needs as far as students abroad and made getting adobe licenses especially easy. Saved tons of time and correspondence for us. The customer support has always been up to par when needed. They've been the easiest company to work with as far as services in another country for us. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about ASKNET SOLUTIONS?

I've honestly not had any issues with it on the admin end and all of our research staff members that use it are satisfied with it. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is ASKNET SOLUTIONS solving and how is that benefiting you?

It streamlines managing multiple licenses and billing in another market for us without having to deal with language barriers, currency exchange or any other of the issues that typically go along with it Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about ASKNET SOLUTIONS?

They promptly update passwords, for security reasons. The ASC platform looks outdated. The control panel in the background isnt very user friendly. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

The solution is rather stable, and offers a wide range of options. I like the license integration we have done. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Needing to update my password too often. The backend is a bit UI oldschool, and sometimes, parameters like date is not readable. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
