Workflows are not customizable, which is a bit annoying, and it would be more helpful if you could customize your workflows. Sometimes the quality of the candidates sourced by the AI tool isn't a strong fit for my needs, and I have sometimes had ssues with the AI tool contacting candidates outside of my specified parameters. Arya is an affordable software and user-friendly one, we can fetch resumes and shortlist according to the requirement, we have integrated ATS called Leo force along with Arya, it's been great working with this tool. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

We just started learning things, and so far I haven't had any issues, I found this is smooth and easy to fetch the resumes. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I like the quick turnaround on the candidates sourced. Literally, within minutes, I have an excellent pool of contact that I can shortlist into a more effective contactable list, and I am emailed once the sourced candidates have been pooled. Also, the thumbs up and thumbs down feature is nice b/c of the red/green color scheme. Emailing my candidates from the shortlisted list with little time-saving steps is a breeze! The drip feature seems to be an effective way to engage the candidate w/o being too aggressive my leading the candidates through a progressive path to our career page.
