What do you like best about BlueSnap Accounts Receivable Automation?

The highlights of Armatic rest in the streamlined UX and Dashboard Reporting. I am able to gain visibility into the necessary data points to drive my business unit with confidence knowing the pulse of my clients, employees, and revenue in one centralized platform.

Additionally, referencing SOWs and agreements quickly cuts down on research time between client interactions and better strengthens knowledge exchange between the sales group and the customer success group.

Armatic is a tool that allows me to calibrate expectations across stakeholders internal and external alike, a critically powerful value add for my business. Moreover, the automation provided by Armatic allows for rapid editing and drafting of custom SOWs and leveraging the Slack Integration the appropriate team members and groups are notified as soon as the electronic signature is completed. How do you position yourself against your competitors?

The difference between us and our competitors is that we built armatic for us! We were challenged with a sudden growth to nearly 1000 employees and had outstanding AR that was too high, low employee engagement and issues with our quote to cash process. So we build a software solution to solve our problems. We programmatically enforced management best practices to ensure streamlined automation across the whole organization leveraging one platform.

We did not want to accept during that time that we had to use over ten different Saas software solutions in each department, all of them disconnected and with different databases.

So we started building armatic to combine all these different software tools as features into the armatic platform to ensure we have 100% accurate data and reduced our "SaaS software overload". Today we are proud to have turned armatic into a commercial software solution to support our customers.

What do you like best about BlueSnap Accounts Receivable Automation?

You could provide Intact with functionality that Intacct has not provided. ARMatic has offered us months for free use while reviewing the program and has finally delivered outstanding support for tens of thousands of dollars cheaper that the Intacct Software itself provides connectivity to allow NonIntacct employees to record bill payments. Each month, cuts easily add up and cause cash flow issues and the only solution to that is to pay someone to track these issues and to address them. We had a bad experience with them and had a number of technical issues on their system which meant we were never able to take a promotion live. Didn't think we'd be billed until the issues were resolved but it turns out they were debiting our credit card each month. When we challenged them about this they offered to give us credit for future bills. Given we found their system unsatisfactory, this is no use to us.

What has been most beneficial to me is to reduce the time spent on tasks that previously took me a long time, now the process is not so late. I have been able to dock it with other platforms for the electronic billing and payment procedure. The free version allows you to know widely what the software is about, so when you buy it you will know exactly how it works and it will be much easier to handle it, the price has been quite accessible compared to others in its category, but of course They do not work properly, customer support (repair technicians) have been quite friendly at times when I had doubts about some things, their timely and accurate answers. What do you like best about BlueSnap Accounts Receivable Automation?

Although not designed for it, with the help of Casey and the rest of the team at Armatic, we were able to use the software not only for one time, subscription billing, and even payment plans, but we also managed to mitigate the need for a CRM and reduce our overhead and consolidate our software and database needs. Nothing. Honestly, because we adopted the use of Armatic as a customer relations tool in order to eliminate the need for our prior CRM, we expected some loss of functionality. However, with the support of Casey, (our rep), we were able to figure out creative solutions in order to replicate and often even improve on pretty much every feature we had come to rely on. Absolutely love the ease of creating multiple cadences and know I can craft specific messaging groups for different classes of my clients. I tried one other service before Armatic and didn't feel the level of control that I have here. Favorite features also include the digital signatures on my quotes. We are sending contracts, signing contracts, getting paid, and handling all of our billing here. This platform is as fundamental to our business as any software we use. Additionally, we’ve been exploring the NPS survey functionality, the Dashboard analytics, forecasts, cash flow calculations, and a ton more things that Armatic’s ever-expanding footprint demands. What do you like best about BlueSnap Accounts Receivable Automation?

I've been using Armatic since 2016 and the product has been constantly growing its functionality over those years. What initially started as a simple AR automation tool has later acquired the document e-signing and customer feedback functionality to name a few. However, with all those features being added, the AR module remains to be the core part of the service with the support of new integrations and payment providers.
