The user interface and this software is easy to use and comes with a lot of features to create docs for your team or product. Overall it's a good software for documentation Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
The Grammarly integration is broken. When I asked about this from their support they told me it is from Grammarly end we cannot do it anything. That was the only downside I saw as of now. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Archbee is so easy to use. I like all native integrations that help us to create notes very quickly. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
It would be great if we can have some option to track users how they interact with notes. Simple quizzes, questions etc. And then see some statistics. Something like managing SOPs. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Archbee is a tool with good UI and I've used it with my team. It has the ability to link/cross-reference between different documents and the native integrations with other apps. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
I really like this tool but it can be better if it comes with a web clipper (similar or better than notion web clipper) that allows the user to save the web page directly to the project and more pre-built templates. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Ease of use.
Great tool for Collaboration.
Easily, give or revoke read/edit access to team members (on a Collections level, not a doc level). Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
No major dislikes...
But if I had to choose something I would say that it's not very mobile responsive (although I believe that they are working on a mobile app).
Also, I would have liked even more control over granting access to team members on a "doc-level" but again, there are ways to work around it & it's not a deal-breaker. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

The user friendlyness of the tool itself. I either like the many possibilites for markup when you write an article. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Almost nothing, I really like the tooling Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Archbee is a feature-rich tool that I procured for my three businesses as a way to centralize documentation and better manage information across teams. The app is super fast and conducive to some pretty good collaboration between different teams. Everything is synced right away and I don't have to worry about inefficiencies caused by a lack of centralized knowledge. I originally come from Gitbook and was constantly frustrated over slow development, a lot of bugs that would take a really long time to resolve. Archbee is pushing out updates frequently and the layout keeps getting cleaner and easier to navigate. I'm looking forward to the mindmaps feature, and most importantly, the Google Drive integration. It's going to be an absolute game-changer. While our use case was documentation of business processes and making certain key operational information centralized, I'm going to be expanding to creating sales playbooks and onboarding material for staff. I was ecstatic when I found out that a macOS app was made available and that they AUTO-UPDATE. I don't know who is in charge of their customer success team, but man are they excellent. Their improvements are always just so spot on. OH AND BEFORE I FORGET, Grammarly works with Archbee ;) for all of you a little challenged...grammatically ha ha. Nothing really, it's a strong software. I haven't fully explored its integrations but I'm going to explore Slack, Trello, and Google Analytics integrations soon. An iOS app would be nice ;) Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

The subdomains and branding, nice User Intertface, nice support, good team, they only need to develop more faster but they definitely listen to the community, they have a widget where you can see announcements and a public road map, so you wont have a problem, when i need help, they anwser me in less than one day. Nothing so far, they need to delevop more faster, that's all, but i like that Dragos and the support, they are always there if you need something. Im not in any way dissapointed about archbee, i also use it to have all my clients, i mostly work as a marketing agency and we use it as wiki and to organize all of our clients. If you want a good wiki with your brand and custom access for your clients, you definetily need to check this one. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Archbee is perfect for project collaboration. Due to the Wikipedia-like structure projects can be perfectly structured and documented. The possibilities for joint editing are very well thought out. In addition, apparent "little things" such as emoticons or the possibility to comment on certain passages are extremely helpful. Excel sheets, which are stored on OneDrive and shared accordingly, can be easily embedded via iFrame. Videos can also be embedded. The support responded very quickly and competently to the few inquiries I had so far. I have rarely had to call on support because the whole system is intuitive to use. At the moment there is nothing I don't like about Archbee. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
What I like best is the ease of use. I invited my team, and they started using the system with almost no training. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
There are a few things that could be improved :
1. When I try to print API (or convert to PDF), it does not come out properly
2. No functionality to clone an API on the same document (saves a lot of time when we have similar APIs) Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
