I love that without any help or training, I have been able to pretty easily figure out how to set up some pretty conplex configurations for my team. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
My only complaint is that remote viewing isn't available on the Meta headsets, but I understand that this is a limitation imposed by Meta, not a limitation of Arbor. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I think it should be installed on different devices Apple watch android watch etc. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

The interface is excellent, and it's very easy to use. Adding devices is straightforward and managing them has been a breeze. The reports I generate have been useful and the analytics help me keep an eye on how my end users are utilizing the devices. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
The two main issues we have with Arbor are loading devices into the system and deploying apps from the Meta Store. Devices have to be tethered to join the MDM - it would be wonderful to be able to load them without having to touch each device. The other issue is that apps located on the Meta store must be downloaded to an individual device to appear in the dashboard for use. It would be great if simply adding them would allow the headset to download them with the stored account. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
The management dashboard is easy to use, and the support from ArborXR is top of the line. Having access to ArborXR has opened up opportunities for us to use VR in ways that wouldn't have been manageable otherwise. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
The setup was a little cumbersome but that is true of all management software. They've made the process as streamline as possible. ArborXR has a great library of help documents with screenshots and they also have links built into the software to go to their help pages. In addition, they are amazing at offering help through e-mail, video or phone calls to help at any point. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
As a user of ArborXR's VR headset management system, we have seen firsthand the transformative effects it can have on our operations. Currently managing a fleet of approximately 30 devices, the system has streamlined our device management process, making it easier and more efficient than ever before.
What's more, ArborXR has also helped us save substantial amounts of time and effort by enabling us to manage apps from outside vendors through its platform. This has been a game-changer for us, freeing up valuable resources that we can then direct towards other important aspects of our business.
It's hard to overstate the impact that ArborXR has had on our operations. We are truly impressed with the platform and its capabilities, and can't recommend it enough to others looking for an efficient and effective solution for VR headset management. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
There are currently no downsides to using ArborXR. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
We use ArborXR on two headsets in a small museum. ArborXR makes it much easier for the user to use our App as there are no complicated choices for the user to make. ArborXR also locks out options that would interfere with the experience. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
I do not dislike anything about ArborXR. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Excellent interface allowing detailed tracking and usage. Loading multiple applications was easy and straightforward. Provisioning devices was time-consuming for 200 devices at once, but not unreasonable. ArborXR support was very good and the price point for educational users was very affordable. Custom interface used for multiple apps (XR Launcher) tended to allow users access to features that were intended to be (and set in the application) to be locked out. This could be an issue for how the Quest 2 is updated with the ArborXR application, but it was somewhat challenging to work with. After the devices and the ArborXR application was updated, it seemed better. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

- ArborXR is a very functional and easy to use solution.
- The product is enhanced all the time with frequent releases.
- They provide good insight into their development agenda/roadmap.
- They sure listen to customer feedback. Even a small customer such as we are finds a listening ear.
- Support, though not often needed, is top-notch. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
There is not much to dislike about ArborXR. If I had to mention anything at all it would be the somewhat convoluted way that is required to setup Meta devices. However this is not even ArborXR's fault and they make it as easy as can be given Meta's constraints. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
ArborXR onboarding was very easy and personal. Roberto helped me greatly and also gave me space to discover on my own how to use ArborXR. But when i had answers I would be helped very promptly. The software has since use improved a lot and the roadmap shows a lot of stuff that will be great additions to an already well rounded package! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Not much to improve for now. Just some small quality-of-life improvements, like being able to remove app(wrong/old) versions by yourself instead of contacting ArborXR. But when I find these small things I pass them to ArborXR and they handle the tips professionally. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
