What do you like best about Aprimo?

Aprimo offers a great user interface that makes organizing and managing large volumes of content less stressful and less overwhelming. With everything integrated into our CMS and in one place, managing digital assets is so much easier. This tool meets our business needs, so we were able to sunset use of other media management methods and the team appreciates the ability to manage both content and projects all in one place, saving us time and streamlining project management. What do you dislike about Aprimo?

What do you like best about Aprimo?

What do you like best about Aprimo?

What do you like best about Aprimo?

What I find most helpful about Aprimo is how customizable it is. Creating classifications and fields and organizing them for our users is one of the best features that Aprimo provides. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Aprimo?

One of the least helpful things about Aprimo is how hard it is to sort items in the library or collections. It makes it difficult for users to find the items they want when they can't sort by title. It is also difficult to build reports beyond basic usage metrics. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

In regards to the sorting, this is a feature you should be able to use. Sorting in Aprimo is extremely robust and can be set based off of any field and then set as a default order for the space. What do you like best about Aprimo?

The SaaS platform has gained great development speed. We are seeing new and helpful developments coming in very short cycles. The satisfaction with the system is very high in our organization and helps us accomplish our work.

The new features are usually easy and quick to implement. We have ticked off pretty much everything on our wish list. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Aprimo?

In some cases the support could be a bit quicker. Over the last year, the number of unresolved and postponed tickets has become fairly high for our standards, but it is still bearable.

However, what's really concerning us is the lack of willingness to close a serious security concern of ours. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Aprimo?

Working with the support and concierge team is always a pleasure.

As great as everyone is, there are still some lags in getting specific features updated or corrected. I wish there was more feedback from Aprimo on Voice page as to why things get " shelved" Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Aprimo?

What do you like best about Aprimo?

I like how easy it is to configure and the support provided by the concierge service. Sometimes the tech support may take some time if you need something more than configuration, but emergencies are responded to promptly.
