Apptricity offers flexible pricing, whether the solution is deployed as a Software-as-a-Subscription (SaaS) or a client-hosted on-premise deployment. Apptricity Travel & Expense can be purchased under either model on a per-transaction basis or per license basis. With Apptricity, our transaction-based model is tier-priced according to expense report volume: the larger the volume of transactions, the lower the per-transaction fee. Apptricity can also provide a SaaS Enterprise model which allows for unlimited transactions based on a per user price.

No matter which deployment model is selected Apptricity Travel & Expense is provided as an all-inclusive service, including receipt imaging capture and optical character recognition processes, web-based reporting, integration with a client’s general ledger/financial provider and corporate card providers, and providing mobile functionality, future upgrades, and maintenance and support.
