It is not user friendly. When you use the software often you get used to it. For someone at a company that only uses it a couple times a year it is challenging to remember how you are supposed to do it because a lot of steps are not labeled. **What problems is Apptricity Travel and Expense solving and how is that benefiting you?** I am sure it is beneficial for my company but there is probably a better expense software out there we could be using instead that is much more user friendly. ### 2. So if there is a meeting or conference with several people, it is very hard to break out the hotel meals and accomodations per person. This needs to be corrected by Apptricity. **Recommendations to others considering Apptricity Travel and Expense:** We use Apptricity inconjunction with Egencia for our travel. Even the manuals take a while to get through to fully understand what you need to do. Submitting expenses is not easy, and each time I feel like I need to re-learn the process. My colleagues and I all complain about how unintuitive this is, and to be honest, we dread having to submit expenses for this reason. The training guide isn't very helpful and does not seem to contain all the possible scenarios one might encounter. The app itself is not very self-explanatory. I find I can't submit my report presumably because a piece of information is missing, but no where does it tell you what it is that is missing. You can jump all over the place never really knowing if you have completed the right steps. It needs to be made more simple. As in you complete one section, then it prompts you for each piece of information in a step by step basis.
