My company uses an old version from 2007. It is not user friendly. When you use the software often you get used to it. For someone at a company that only uses it a couple times a year it is challenging to remember how you are supposed to do it because a lot of steps are not labeled. In the few times that I have travelled abroad, it seems that Appricity doesn't always handle the foreigh exchange rates as smoothly as I would hope.
