What do you like best about Apptoto?

What do you like best about Apptoto?

The platform was easy to integrate and use. Apptoto takes off the heavy lifting for scheduling and verifying, and reminders of appointments. In addition to these attributes, you are also able to integrate onto your website for others to quickly choose the type of appointment, and automation will add to your calendar, send out text messages, and reminders to the client. What do you like best about Apptoto?

It's fully configurable, it's programmable and it's interfaces with all standard calendars, it's simple to use and configure but it covers all advanced features Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Apptoto?

Nothing.

We're using TeamUp as master calendars and it will be a good feature to have your own calendar integrated in AppToto, with advances features (customized fields, ...) it's here but not with all features we expect Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Apptoto solving and how is that benefiting you?

We have several calendars using TeamUo and we would like to send email and SMS before and after the appointment, the message is customized based on several params! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Apptoto?

It's extremely easy to create and manage the calendar. After you input your generic script it can be used for all of your future calls/emails/text messages. The upload process is also very fast and easy to use. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
