I appreciate having all of our candidates in one place so that I can easily and efficiently track their status and interview/hiring process. I also like that we can customize so many features including their stage in the process, our email responses and notes about the candidate.

The availability to keep applicant's information all in one place once they are transferred to on-boarding. The requests for more information and forms to be filled is sent through the software via email, making it easy for them to respond. This includes their resumes, completed documents, and IDs. It has two sections, hiring and on-boarding, I wish it were only one. It would be nice if everything was included in the initial package instead of texting options being extra. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
I like how easy it is to keep track of applicants and interview opportunities the entire way through the process and also how easy it is to set reminders and keep up with where they are in every step of the process. Also integrating it into an existing system is very easy. I have very few complaints when it comes to using ApplicantStack. Maybe organizing events automatically in order from soonest to latest would be useful, but that is a quick click of the mouse as long as you remember to do it so very minor in the grand scheme of things. We have used AS for over 12 years now, and I like to think we use the recruitment module to 110% of it's capacity. We don't use onboarding as we do it in our payroll software.
It's very customizable, and easy to learn. The cost is very affordable also. Support is possibly the best support team I've used in 10+ years of online systems. They are fast, friendly and efficient. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Sometimes features are slow to be developed. And I'd prefer if using templates in texting was an extra cost. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
ApplicantStack is very easy to use it is reliable meaning that soon as a applicant applies it is right there no delay no wondering and the best part is that you can track the time and the date which is good for reporting. You can see how many applicants applied and the day . Once the add has been placed you can see how many applicants applys which gives you the opportunity to know what you can do better. I like that you can post on multiple sites through one job posting. The library is also helpful to store email and job templates. It is also helpful to see the history of a candidate. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
The biggest downfall is that you cannot search job posting titles. If I have a previous job posting that I want to reactivate or look at for any reason, I have to scroll through all my jobs to find it. I also wish you can search a candidate in the search bar without the full name. You cannot hit enter and see what comes up, you have to search the whole name spelled correctly or nothing will come up. I also wish that every hiring manager could see why a candidate was marked as Do Not Pursue, even if the candidate applied to a different job. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
The grouping feature that groups all applicants with the same phone number and email address. I also particularly like the automations that are easy to set up, such as emails through different steps in the onboarding process. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
When searching for applicants, if you type and click enter, the page does not change. It would be easier if it would populate any names that are the same or very similar and pull them up in a full list rather than a drop down. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

ApplicantStack has helped us combine our recruiting process to one system. The streamline ApplicantStack has brought an ease to recruiting, interviewing, tracking recruitment process, ensurance that all are using the same forms, and collecting feedback. We were able to implement the system within weeks and the ability to customize allows the system to be very user friendly. The system can connect to business outlook and it allows for notifications to all hiring managers. This allows manager to go into the system and responded quickly. There have been no downsides to the system, but you are building the recruitment process and forms yourself. It can be a downside, if you don't have the information created. This is the benefit of having a customizable system. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
