What do you like best about ApplicantPro?

I love that it's so easy to post jobs to so many different platforms directly from one ATS, and that all my applicants and their information reside in one place. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about ApplicantPro?

I don't like that it opens so many windows as I'm working through it (Chrome). It's not a intuitive as it could be, and it doesn't integrate with our other onboarding and background platforms. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is ApplicantPro solving and how is that benefiting you?

I'm posting in several different sites at the same time, without having to do it over and over. I can also integrate with my state's employment site and redirect applicants to ApplicantPro to complete their applications, so I'm not searching all the websites for all these applicants that I then have to enter into a database. What do you like best about ApplicantPro?

I appreciate being able to send mass text messages and emails to candidates. I like that it integrates with Gusto which is what we use as our HRIS & Payroll system. It pretty much has all the features that I need and at a great price point. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about ApplicantPro?

I wish I could have a Pipeline section separate from the Active Job Listing section. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is ApplicantPro solving and how is that benefiting you?

We used to use LinkedIn Recruiter and Microsoft OneNote for all recruiting. Having the two platforms made it harder to track applicants and the whole interviewing/hiring process. Now I just use ApplicantPro and have LinkedIn Recruiter Lite integrated into it so that I can see all of my applicants and their information in one spot. I can also highlight certain applicants and send their applications directly to the hiring manager from the ATS, which is great. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about ApplicantPro?

The simplicity of the system with everything all in one place.

It integrates with payroll systems, has background screening (including MVR and credit check), assessment testing, and it automatically posts to a couple dozen websites.

They also with post to specific websites for you as long as you provide them with login credentials.

My favorite part is that they will rewrite your job postings to get you more applicants for a nominal fee! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about ApplicantPro?

You cannot rescind offer letter eforms or expire them.

If add an applicant then send out a background screen request and the email address you were given is wrong, there is no notification until the applicant tells you there is an issue. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about ApplicantPro?

We have found over the years that Applicant Tracking is vital to our company culture and perception. ApplicantPRO helps us with our planning, preparing, and putting our best foot forward. The team helps us in every corner with proactive support and is quick to reply with knowledgable answers getting us back on track when needed. What do you dislike about ApplicantPro?

ApplicantPro would not let me join until I could post with Indeed. I was a new business, so I had to submit paperwork to Indeed to get approved, which I finally did get the approval. I went back to ApplicantPro and explained the situation that I was now approved. I waited for a response for several days and finally went on the chat asking for a new rep since that one didn't get back to me. They then said they had the right to deny service to any customer they wanted, and I was mad that they made me jump through all those hoops to reject me. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about ApplicantPro?

ApplicantPro does a fabulous job at organizing and serving up information about various applicants for multiple positions. It also provides a system to assist in tracking follow-ups for those interviews that went well, that perhaps need more information, or that can be discarded. Even before interviewing applicants, this system also allows you to indicate levels of interest based off resumes and information provided through your job applicant site. When posting job opportunities through many resources (local newspaper companies, or online job posting sites (e.g. Indeed, etc), rather than having multiple locations, Applicant Pro provides a single repository to collect resumes and submittals from interested applicants to which multiple hiring managers can have access organized by unique and individual logins. Further, being able to have tracking of our level of interest directly in the application means that from entry-level positions or those requiring a higher recruiting involvement, can be easily and quickly communicated to all interested hiring parities (while keeping HR up-to-date).
