What do you like best about Anyone Home?

What I like the most about Anyone Home is how intuitive it is. It is easy to use and was easy to implement for day to day operations. The customer support program they offer is also great.

I use Anyone Home all the time, not because I have to, but because I love using it to remain in contact with prospects and residents. This CRM has a lot of features that make it easier for communication. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Anyone Home?

Anyone Home is near perfect, but like everything else it is not. The main Issue I had with Anyone Home was during the integration process, it was a bit slow. Thankfully, their customer service and resources they have available helped easen that process. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Anyone Home?

It integrates and is used directly in our PMS and we don't have to sign in to a separate CRM system. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Anyone Home?

If a resident calls back through the tracking number for a property instead of the main office line, it updates the name in the PMS to what appears in the guest card and then you have to manually update again in the PMS to correct. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Anyone Home?

The best part about Anyone Home is the call tree for emergency on-call maintenance. This can be easily changed/edited. Another great feature is the logging for the calls received by residnets, recorded voicemails, and which employee answered each call. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Anyone Home?

My only issue with Anyone Home is the implementation of a new property. It takes longer than most answering service companies. Although this is a disadvantage, their customer service is amazing and were able to get the new property set up in time. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

The platform is very glitchy and every time support fixes one thing, two more problems spring up. Their team is not responsive and we often wait a week before hearing anything back. When they do answer, we are often told that their team is working on it and it takes several weeks or even months for issues to be fixed. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
