My favorite thing about Anvyl is its capability to allow multiple parties to communicate and collaborate on orders, share details, important documentation, etc. and keep each other accountable on all aspects of order management. Gone are my days of digging through e-mail to find important information. Everything is now centralized and I know I can trust the historical information that is kept safe within the platform. There can tend to be heavy e-mail notifications that push from Anvyl, which can sometimes be overwhelming. However, there are settings where you can adjust which e-mail notifications you and your suppliers receive to help with this. ANVYL's capabilities, back-end coding team, and high-touch customer support are the tops. Everything a procurement team can desire from A-Z in procurement. API capabilities.
I was making POs in word. Converting to PDF. Tracking orders and pricing on an excel by supplier and widget. Then, would communicate everything via email. No receiving system set up. Had to manually confirm what arrived, back and forth with our production team, and verify the invoice to the PO, to what they received.
Anvyl streamlines and automates all the work. From automatic check-ins, to in app supplier communication, to order progress tracking, to 3-way invoice matching capabilities. There's so much this product can do to free you up for more important tasks (like evaluating your suppliers). Did I mention that it does that for you too?
The community created of ANVYL clients, the constant updating and improvement of the product, and ease of use really makes for a fantastic investment south of the pricepoint for your ERP needs. It's great for small companies looking for non-expensive ways to improve processes. It's also good if your ERP does bare-bones items and needs to be pushed to the next level of visibility. Visibility and Communication: Anvyl is a one-stop-shop-for-all platform that allows communication and file interchange between suppliers and customers. It grants users visibility from financial documents, artwork, and product designs with actual purchase orders and shipment movements.

It is a useful resource to communicate with partners as it is easy to introduce PO, follow and link them with shipments, and split them when neeeded. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
