My least favourable parts of Ansarada is it is very expensive in comparison to some of the competitors particularly for smaller companies. It also can be very slow to load. I really appreciate Ansarada's good interface and my past positive experiences with it. The team's support was very helpful during the tricky setup. I benefit from the easy document uploads and downloads, as well as the automatic file renaming. Some of the nuance around security settings, groups etc. could be better (include more tooltips within the menus / forms rather than requiring going to the help section).

Just an aside, with advances in SharePoint etc. (and the proliferation of cloud in everything), there is increasing pressure to just use an internal tool. Particularly with less advanced transactions that don't utilise some of the more technical features of Ansarada.
