It's a bit like the iPhone - a first time user (i.e. the bank's client) can get the hang of it without needing to read a manual or FAQ - just click, drag and drop. Later on - the investment bank can just log in and tidy things up / see what's been uploaded and there's an easy audit trail in case you need to go back over your tracks. **What do you dislike about Ansarada?** Not alot - the new workflows tool can be a little bit confusing. I tend not to use it much because we (the bank) tend to have our own predetermined ideas on what the dataroom should look like. Would also like it if Ansarada was able to have a desktop application (similar to what Dropbox/Box have) so the dataroom ends up being like a drive on your PC rather than needing to go through the web interface. **What problems is Ansarada solving and how is that benefiting you?** Centralises information flows - gets information out of people's inboxes (where it inevitably gets trapped because someone forgets to forward or save something down). This is for four simple reasons: 1) the User Interface is the most accessible - this is extremely convenient when dealing with complex acquisitions where there is a vast amount of data to wade through; 2) No unnecessary tools - the interface is not overloaded, and it is, therefore, easy to navigate; 3) Zipping files - this makes the production of documents at the end of a deal extremely convenient. **What do you dislike about Ansarada?** There is a lag in attempting to upload files in batches which can be frustrating. Q&A can be a bit crowed certainly as an admin as the Qs you delegate stay on your screen. It is far superior to data rooms operated by competitors in the market. **What do you dislike about Ansarada?** If the data room owner sets a security function on documents it means they cannot be opened without Adobe Acrobat and cannot be viewed after data room access is suspended. With this being said, this can be viewed as a positive if you are the owner of the material in the data room (vs just a user of materials). **What problems is Ansarada solving and how is that benefiting you?** We use Ansarada to assist us with the DD process, whether we are acting as vendors or prospective purchasers. It provides us with an effective way to communicate with the other side on a transaction DD process. ### 36.
