Ansarada's pricing model is by far one of the greatest advantages offered as the data room experience is similar across platforms one of the ways to compete is on price and customer experience and Ansarada is doing exceptionally well in both regards. **What do you dislike about Ansarada?** I have to manually enable files to post to the data room. Aside from that I find the software very comprehensive and easy to use. I also would appreciate a slightly easier way to bulk upload files and folders to the data room. **Recommendations to others considering Ansarada:** Compare pricing between different data room providers and you will see that Ansarada is very competitive. The functionality of the platform is the same as other data room provides but the service and customer experience are far more advanced with the Ansarada platform. I would also recommend speaking with those who have used Ansarada and other provides to get even more first hand experience and knowledge as to why the Ansarada platform is superior to others. **What problems is Ansarada solving and how is that benefiting you?** Data security and information sharing issues. The upload system was fast, reliable, quick and easy. The permission settings for users were fantastic. The reporting functionality was extremely useful. The support team were fast, friendly and always available. **What do you dislike about Ansarada?** The only thing that I disliked about Ansarada was the individual permission settings for each document. It split the data into three different ZIP files. It was not the best solution. It is much more intuitive compared to other VDR providers. They also seem more willing to negotiate when compared to other providers. I think Ansarada is as good as the top VDR providers, except maybe a less powerful brand name which matters to some investment banks. **Recommendations to others considering Ansarada:** Ease of interface is the best in the industry with about average price point for the industry. If you are looking to share the dataroom with users that are not familiar with due diligence then this is best choice, For example, if a start-up is going through M&A then it would be the best choice because it is more likely then not that the startup team would not be as familiar with VDRs compared to a Private Equity firm or Investment bank. **What problems is Ansarada solving and how is that benefiting you?** Security when performing due diligence for M&A activity. I guess the only thing would be that I would prefer if the price was lower. **Recommendations to others considering Ansarada:** Definitely give it a shot, the only other solutions I have used were proprietary and ansarada beats them handsdown **What problems is Ansarada solving and how is that benefiting you?** The business problem we solved was finding a way to securely share information during the due diligence phase. ### 35. It was very easy to get started and configured. We alredy understood what a dataroom was for, so we didn't need any ramp time on the concept. Very easy to configure folders and upload content. We were able to organize our data exactly the way that we wanted to. Security is fine-grained, so we are able to have multiple levels of access for our potential investors. Folks that are ready to do detailed due-diligence can get one level, while tire-kickers can be given more limited access. Good reporting interface on user activity. It will "auto-number" your skeleton of folders for you -- or you have the opportunity to use your own numbering scheme (which we did). **What do you dislike about Ansarada?** No native iOS or Android app. So it's a bit klunky to use when you need to get somebody new access while hustling between planes. Would like a more flexible "contact management" system so that we could personalize the intro emails that get sent out. This is probably more of an issue for Private Equity shops as opposed to Investment Banks selling a company. While an Investment Bank might give 20 people access to a data room -- we have the potential to give HUNDREDs of people access. Would prefer to be able to add contacts in a nice interface and then have the login emails customized to say "Welcome [Jane Doe], yadda, yadda, yadda". **Recommendations to others considering Ansarada:** Very easy to do a trial of the software -- so do it. Much nicer interface as compared to the older products like RR Donnelly **What problems is Ansarada solving and how is that benefiting you?** We use ansarada to provide our potential investors will secure, controlled and logged access to our investment data -- returns on deals, financial models, team bios, reference lists, company presentation. There are any number of "classic" platforms for this -- and they are all pre-Web 2.0 -- clunky, terrible graphics, they look like Internet Explorer circa 1995. Ansarada is sleek and modern -- like us ;) You could write your own platform using something like Squarespace, or create folders in DropBox -- but don't . You'll want the control and detailed reporting that you get from ansarada. ### 36. Its very easy to use and efficient for uploading new documents. **What do you dislike about Ansarada?** There is nothing I dislike about this product. **What problems is Ansarada solving and how is that benefiting you?** Its a safe and trustworthy environment for sharing documents with the public. The security settings allow private information to be kept secure and removed from any computer when requested. ### 37. It was the first time I had used a virtual data room and would be happy to use Ansarada again. **Recommendations to others considering Ansarada:** Try it! **What problems is Ansarada solving and how is that benefiting you?** Allows efficient management of a due diligence process across multiple cities without the need for a paper data room and with full traceability of document access and Q&As. ### 38.
