Ansarada is a great product with few bugs and my go to Data room Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Ansarada's user-friendly interface, data indexing , and timely alert notifications make it an invaluable tool for me on legal transactions and make facilitating efficient due diligence processesa breeze. The platform's robust search capabilities allows me to quickly locate relevant documents and information, saving valuable time and effort. I frequently find myself using Ansarda if I have the option of datarooms. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
While Ansarada's overall functionality is impressive, I find the inability to copy text directly from the PDF preview to be a significant drawback. This limitation hampers my ability to efficiently extract relevant information from documents, forcing me to rely on external tools or workarounds. Additionally, tracking document movements within the data room can be challenging, especially when documents are frequently rearranged or relocated. Enhancing the document tracking mechanism would greatly improve the user experience. Finally, I believe that Ansarada could benefit from providing more advanced tools for generating data indexes. Currently, the indexing process feels somewhat limited, and additional options of allocating documents to specialists internally would be appreciated. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
There is a strong reliability at the company, dedication to ensure the product us top notch. It is user friendly and flexible. This means there is good buy-in from management when asking them to login and engage with Q&A. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
The redaction tool is the least reliable part, it is a bit buggy and there are delays / sometimes unclear whether something has been done correctly. This could do with some improvement. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Ansarada - simplicity but without cutting back on the features.
It's a bit like the iPhone - a first time user (i.e. the bank's client) can get the hang of it without needing to read a manual or FAQ - just click, drag and drop.
Later on - the investment bank can just log in and tidy things up / see what's been uploaded and there's an easy audit trail in case you need to go back over your tracks. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Not alot - the new workflows tool can be a little bit confusing. I tend not to use it much because we (the bank) tend to have our own predetermined ideas on what the dataroom should look like.
Would also like it if Ansarada was able to have a desktop application (similar to what Dropbox/Box have) so the dataroom ends up being like a drive on your PC rather than needing to go through the web interface. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Ease of use. For someone who spends a lot of time in datarooms, ease of use is critical from a user perspective. Ansarada is intuitive and the customer services team is always very quick to respond Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
The challenge with datarooms is getting buy-in from management teams. I appreciate that Ansarada has decent functionality to do Q&A through email, but it is tough to to pull clients away from spreadsheets and sending Q&A in the body of emails, rather than through the platform itself. Anything that Ansarada could do to help with the education process would be great. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Easy to use, well organised and some handy tools, especially the redacting tool. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Long approval process for Q&A. Could the process of Q&A submission and posting be streamlined? Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
