This is for four simple reasons: 1) the User Interface is the most accessible - this is extremely convenient when dealing with complex acquisitions where there is a vast amount of data to wade through; 2) No unnecessary tools - the interface is not overloaded, and it is, therefore, easy to navigate; 3) Zipping files - this makes the production of documents at the end of a deal extremely convenient. There is a lag in attempting to upload files in batches which can be frustrating. It would also be convenient (if possible) to be able to insert a PDF password into a PDF document that is locked but has been uploaded so that it can be viewed without downloading.
