I think it would be very useful if Ideals Virtual Data Room could automatically generate an Excel file that keeps count of document submissions when creating a data room or subfolder. It would help track which files have been submitted or still need to be submitted, providing an automatic checklist with file names and tracking numbers. I also believe that would not be bad if the same instructions could be provided even through the voice of the user, in the era of the massive usage of the AI tools.
