Fehlende Individuallisierungsmöglichkeiten bzw. Zugriff auf den Quellcode um diese selbst vorzunehmen.

Die Anny App wäre für unseren Fall vor allem für die Ressourcen sinnvoll, da unsere Mitarbeiter von Kunden gebucht werden und diese gerne eine persönliche Übersicht hätten. Unsere Kunden haben wiederum keinerlei verwendung für die App. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Anny ermöglicht unseren Kunden die selbständige Terminbuchung zu Themen oder konkreten Ansprechpartnern. Auch die Möglichkeit mehrere Mitarbeiter zu einem Thema hinterlegen zu können ist sehr hilfreich, wenn auch diese Funktion etwas flexibler gestalet werden könnte.
