We are nearly 30 employees and chose Anny from all the tools because the graphical user interface is appealing, the free version covers everything we need, and an export is possible. Not only does the export help with internal collaboration on projects, but also the many options, features, etc. Anny is packed with them, so every user gets what they need with their own preferences. Apart from the Excel export, we do not use any of the many offered interfaces like WeClapp. We host 4-5 events a month, for which registrations are required, so the 5 free resources and 100 bookings have been sufficient so far. And lastly: The support is really great. The assistance itself is good, and even when a human colleague takes over, everything runs smoothly. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
As a layperson, I find the range of functions of Anny at first glance to be overwhelming, which is meant negatively. We at the AStA work only 10 hours a week, some even less, and it is relatively time-consuming for a layperson to "get into" Anny. Anny covers so many areas that it doesn't need to be reduced to "Anny Light" from a company perspective, but for us as AStA, something like that would actually be ideal. User-friendly interface: The app is known for its intuitive and easy-to-understand user interface, allowing users to make bookings quickly and easily.
Integrated payment systems: The app supports various payment methods, making the booking process more convenient for the user.
Personalized recommendations: Anny uses algorithms to provide personalized recommendations based on users' preferences and previous bookings.
Mobile notifications: Push notifications inform users about important updates and changes in their bookings.
Real-time booking confirmations: Instant confirmation of bookings, providing users with security and comfort. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
When customer appointments are booked and the results are to be tracked, Anny quickly reaches its limits. In particular, the export function consolidates duplicate customer bookings, making them no longer visible. The software seems to have difficulties managing and processing bookings, including cases where bookings are completely missing.
Furthermore, customer support with Anny is disappointing. Although tickets were answered quickly, the customer support was not very helpful with problems and often responded with standardized texts without really addressing the specific concerns. I had the impression that errors and user feedback were ignored.
Overall, the software still seems underdeveloped for handling customer appointments. Anny is developing into a booking tool for space reservations in the long term. That is where the system's strengths lie. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
It is easy to use, for both administrators and users. Since it is a web interface, no installation is necessary. The ability to specify different prices and times for each booking option is helpful. The confirmation emails are understandable and have reduced colleagues’ questions to a minimum. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

The sleek user interface, which is incredibly intuitive for beginners, leaves no setting desire unfulfilled as you delve deeper into the additional options. Whether different subscription plans, additional options, or availability times for services (!), no wish went unfulfilled. The excellent starter videos are easily accessible and very understandable. The cherry on top is the support chat, where even with tricky questions, an expert knows a quick answer within minutes. This made the translation of our price lists into anny and the integration of the service on our website a breeze. Using anny is fun, and it's a shame that after the setup, I can't work with it as often – after setting it up, it runs (almost) by itself. For the users of our coworking space, the use is very intuitive. Our communities use anny daily. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
It takes a little familiarization to understand what resources, services, communities, and groups are and how they interact with each other. But once the principle is understood, it's no longer a problem! However, be careful: do not assume that your superiors understand what you mean with the anny vocabulary! the gui is easy to understand, so everybody can work with it. Also the widget design is likely to understand and can without any problem included in our webside. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
There are so many features, so it take a while to find out, how much is posible with the tool. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
