You can book almost anything and it offers plenty of additional functions: calendar sync, billing, online payments, etc.

If I have to criticize something (but this is really nitpicking at a high level), then perhaps that there is not yet the possibility to allocate quotas to members (e.g., with this membership, you can book the following resource for x hours per month). Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
We manage our entire coworking space with anny. Every booking, including payment processing and invoicing, is fully automated and saves us a lot of manual effort and time. The setting options are very versatile and you can fulfill almost any requirement. If you use a Smartlock to access the space, you can even automatically assign access codes to the coworkers. The setup is absolutely self-explanatory and if questions do arise, there is good documentation that explains everything. I like the simplicity for the users, the UI is very clear and powerul. Feature set is well balanced and allows us to use it for more use cases than we had planned for. Integration with Microsoft Calendars was tested and works very well.

Sehr mächtiges Tool für die Verwaltung von Räumen und Ressourcen. Auch wenn wir das nur intern und ohne Abrechnung der Buchungen nutzen, ist Anny eine sehr gute Lösung für unseren Bedarf (Geteilte Arbeitsplätze und Konferenzräume).
Der Support ist großartig, (fast) immer, wenn ich eine Funktion vermisste und nicht finden konnt und dachte, wir hätten etwas gefunden, was Anny nicht kann, wurde mir eine Lösungsmägichkeit genannt.
Das Tools ist ziemlich vielseitig.
