Andgo has been an incredible addition to our workflow. It eliminates much of the human element in filling shifts, enabling us to be more proactive with staffing. What I like best about Andgo is the efficiency it has created in our call-out management and shift-fill workflows. We no longer need to manually update sick calls in the scheduling system or spend hours calling staff to see if they would like to pick up shifts. Another incredible benefit is the data we can now obtain related to call-outs and shift fills, allowing for better decision-making and workforce planning.
