What do you like best about Andgo?

What do you dislike about Andgo?

It would be great if the call-in system had more branching options, allowing for more accurate coding in UKG.

It would be beneficial if employees were unable to view shifts beyond the posted timeframe.

What do you like best about Andgo?

The system is efficient ,and fair as it able to blast out multiple needs in a quick and fair way. This has allowed our office to ensure our clinical needs are met quickly , by ensuring we are able to provide the staffing resources efficiently. I also appreciate the support I receive from Andgo when there is an issue. The support is always quick and thoughtful. Staff also find the Andgo software very easy to use. What do you dislike about Andgo?

I don't like that it doesn't allow for a cascading process around the confirmation of shifts. I would also like to see the shifts coming in organized by department. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Andgo?

Andgo has been an incredible addition to our workflow. It eliminates much of the human element in filling shifts, enabling us to be more proactive with staffing. What do you like best about Andgo?

What I like best about Andgo is the efficiency it has created in our call-out management and shift-fill workflows. We no longer need to manually update sick calls in the scheduling system or spend hours calling staff to see if they would like to pick up shifts. Another incredible benefit is the data we can now obtain related to call-outs and shift fills, allowing for better decision-making and workforce planning. Additionally, the Andgo team has been great to work with—they are excellent partners. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Andgo?

The least helpful aspect has been the support related to IT support tickets. Our team often needs to remind them of our process, which can sometimes slow down resolutions. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
