What do you like best about Andgo?

Andgo has been an incredible addition to our workflow. It eliminates much of the human element in filling shifts, enabling us to be more proactive with staffing. What do you like best about Andgo?

What I like best about Andgo is the efficiency it has created in our call-out management and shift-fill workflows. We no longer need to manually update sick calls in the scheduling system or spend hours calling staff to see if they would like to pick up shifts. Another incredible benefit is the data we can now obtain related to call-outs and shift fills, allowing for better decision-making and workforce planning. What do you dislike about Andgo?

The least helpful aspect has been the support related to IT support tickets. Our team often needs to remind them of our process, which can sometimes slow down resolutions. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Andgo?

What problems is Andgo solving and how is that benefiting you?

We have solved many organizational challenges over the years including:

1. Offering shifts via SMS, IVR and online rather than manually calling.

2. Greatly reducing the size of our scheduling department.

3. We know weeks/months sooner what shifts are going to be hard to fill.

4. We have streamlined processes due to automation achieved through Andgo.

5. Same day shifts are filled within minutes rather than hours.

6. Schedulers have more time to work with Managers to solve scheduling problems.

7. Annual vacation process is all online where Managers can approve in seniority order with considerations for several leave criteria such as baselines and a vacation levelling formula.

Andgo helped our department send notifications to staff of upcoming vacant shifts. This technology has helped communicate the necessary information to employees letting them know about potential opportunities for them to pick up extra shifts.
