This is my second year using Anchor. It has helped streamline my invoicing. It has ways to add out of scope charges as well as to let the client pay via ACH or credit card. If they pay by credit card, the client is billed. For my tax clients, it has helped to get payment in advance as well as to have them sign my client service agreement in advance. It also syncs with QuickBooks Online, including adding new client names to QBO. As far as implementation, there is no startup fee, and they spent all the time I needed to help me. I would like to add completely separate agreements for existing clients, but this means that they have to reset their payment method. Chat support could use faster response time. But once they do respond, they are very helpful. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Anchor saves me time. I can create proposals and send them out in a fraction of the time it took me before I found Anchor. They also save me money because their fees per transaction are a lot less than I was paying before. I don't want to have to do my business without Anchor. The only downside is, like all powerful software, there is a learning curve. It is user friendly and well designed, but it does take time to learn how to use it efficiently. Now that I have it figured out (mostly), it is easy to use. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I run a tax firm & have been looking forever for a way to create advisory "packages" for my client to self-select. Been through many different software & spent a LOT of time trying to sustain that. When I heard about Anchor- I checked it out, the ease of the set up and sending the packages is mind-blowing! The ability to easily transfer credit card fees to client. The fee/ transaction (a low $5) & no other overheads to worry about is stress-free. It integrates well with QBO & Zapier, so I got many automations in place now. Customer Support is great. The 10-day delay in pay-out if client picks ACH to pay is the only downside. This may get improved once I get added to "Fast Pay". I am not sure if I have been added yet. At this time, we can create 3 packages- if more can be added- it will be awesome. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Anchor has brought me peace of mind when it comes to managing billing for my business. Their billing agreements are a standout feature—they provide complete transparency between my clients and me, ensuring we’re always on the same page about services and costs. The automatic invoicing and collection processes are incredibly efficient, saving me time and hassle. I love Anchor because I can have my contract, letter of engagement and payment processor all in one. Once I had all of my offerings set up, getting out a letter of engagement takes seconds instead of well over an hour. I usually do it on the initial call with a client, which helps lock down clients much faster. Super easy to use, great customer support and easy to get set up. The price is unbeatable as well. One of the nices things is that as a company, Anchor is listening to their clients (us) and impletenting upgrades all the time. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Anchor makes it so quick and easy to send proposals to new prospects. I now have things set up so that I can send a proposal within minutes of getting off a Discovery Call instead of needing to schedule time to create and send a proposal sometime after the call. There are some features we are still looking for, but when we ask about them in the Facebook group, we get a quick response with assistance, workarounds, and/or projections for when the requested feature will be live. I love that its easy to create proposals and add/delete services very easily! It has saved me a lot of time when sending proposals and then I dont need to worry about collecting payments! Love how it was easy to learn this software too and implement it for my business. Customer support has been great! And the integration with Quickbooks is super easy! I wish there was more flexibility when making changes to agreements and controling notifications of what is sent to the clients. Also, would love to be able to add to a current agreement the different packages as options for client to choose from, same as a new proposal, instead of just adding a service without letting them choose an option first. What I like best about Anchor is the ability to create different packages or options for clients when sending proposals for my services. Also, I like the ability to pass on credit card fees to clients and build in automatic annual price increases. The system is very user-friendly for both me and my clients. Anchor helps we automate my monthly billling saving me tons of time. They are super receptive to feedback and work hard to implement our requests for improvements. There really isn't anything I dislike about Anchor. They only qwirk that I didn't like was how long the ACH took to deposit into my account. But Anchor worked HARD to decrease the time from 10 days to 2-3 days and we are totally satisfied with this! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

For several years, we've been doing proposals manually in-house, with templates in Google Drive, which worked but was extremely time-consuming, especially since each one was customized down to the client. We also have been using QB Payments for our billing platform since we started, for about 10 years. Moving to Anchor has streamlined the entire sales process for us and I think also increased our perceived value to clients. Highly recommend! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
