AMC CTI adaptor is stable. AMC has been providing good customer support. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about DaVinci?

We don't have knowledge of AMC CTI configuration. We need AMC support in each version upgrade. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is DaVinci solving and how is that benefiting you?

We use AMC CTI adaptor to support 311 phone calls. So, our call centre staffs can pick up the calls and keep track the lineup time, time to answer to call. It provides management an insight the performance of the call centre. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
