**What do you like best about DaVinci?**

In 2022, CAA Club Group leveraged DaVinci to implement CTI features into our busy call centres. This integration allows our agents to get the relevant customer record to appear (“screen pop”) on their CRM screen at the time of a qualified call. In addition, our agents have benefited from DaVinci’s call controls, click to dial, transfer capabilities, and integration with our automated attendant system. 

We have seen that a successful screen pop translates to a better customer experience, as the customer or Member information is readily available as soon as the call is received, resulting in smoother interactions with agents. On calls where screen pop was successful, our survey scores from Members have improved from 2-5% for overall satisfaction with the agent, and our NPS scores on these calls improved by up to 9 points. Additionally, we have seen a reduction in our AHT on these calls, with an average of around 14 seconds savings, which equates directly to operational savings!

**What do you dislike about DaVinci?**

To date, we haven't seen any downsides -- just opportunities to continue to tweak how we are operationalizing the functionality and expose it to additional areas in our business.

**What problems is DaVinci solving and how is that benefiting you?**

DaVinci is helping us improve our customer experience and lower our AHT, allowing us to have more relevant and efficient conversations with our clients.

The management is perfect and the advantage is that you receive help from the staff.

So far I have nothing to say about what I don't like

In community communication, you can solve your problems and it gives you more benefits.

Very flexible in installation and easy to use

it is not a disavantage, but suggest to hide the Davinci Floating toolbar from SAP user Screen

**What problems is DaVinci solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Thru DaVinci application we eleimnate the usage of two screens for very busy agents, all caller information are passed autmaticALLY to SAP agent page

Its very east to get started with the integrations , almost like plug-n-play .

The main challenge faced by Conair LLC is ensuring a comprehensive 360-degree view of all customer interactions, considering the utilization of different technologies across their third-party contact centers. The integration of SAP Service Cloud (formerly C4C) with multiple CTI applications, Five9 and Genesys, presents difficulties in capturing and consolidating customer interaction data. This, in turn, creates the potential for fragmented customer information and impedes their capacity to deliver personalized and efficient customer service.

Integrate into any communication channel is the best thing that I have ever seen

I don't dislike it at all. It's awesome.

Currently, we have limited access to the agent's UI. Now with Davinci, we can able to take total control of the agent’s UI

**Describe the project or task DaVinci helped with:**

We are in the process of integrating our Avaya phone solution in to our SAP screen for a single contact point for our call center agents.  One spot where they can control all calling functions as well as ordering functions.  The integration link we had from Avaya was very basic and was not working well.  Switching to AMC DaVinci has proven to be a much better solution.

**What do you like best about DaVinci?**

The product is everything that they say it is going to be.  The implementation engineer was great to work with, he went above and beyond to make this as seamless as possible.

**What do you dislike about DaVinci?**

I really can't think of a dislike, there is a cost involved with this and while we got a good deal, the costs were a bit unexpected.  Since it does work and makes for a seamless integration, it is worth the money spent.

**Recommendations to others considering DaVinci:**

The other solution that we had did not work as well as DaVinci does now.

**What problems is DaVinci solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Our inability to make a very basic integration link work for our needs was resolved by switching to DaVinci.  We are now able to use the SAP CTI screens seamlessly for our agents to simplify their everyday experience.

We are using AMC products for the last 05 years with our Avaya Call center product and Microsoft Dynamics CRM, it is a very stable application and very rarely we need to take assistance for any troubleshooting and even if it required support, their support is awesome, especially Vamshi provides the very best support. And their new release DAVINCI enhanced the features, made it more user friendly. Thanks to the entire team and nice to work with such a dedicated professional team.

Products stability, user-friendliness, and team support

**What do you dislike about DaVinci?**

Geographical time difference and lack of local support in our region.

**What problems is DaVinci solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Technical issues with CTI operations and getting good support from the AMC team. Always getting product enhancement as part of software assurance.

**What do you like best about DaVinci?**

The system is pretty much maintenance free, set up once and forget

**What do you dislike about DaVinci?**

Maintenance used to be quite manual in old version, but no longer in the newer version of the software.

**Recommendations to others considering DaVinci:**

From organization point of view, it is a very affordable product, it's very easy to use and maintain. The person who deliver and support the product are expert in the field who knows what they are doing, who always can find the right solution if there is problem encountered.

Our organization SAP CRM system are able to integrate seamlessly with voice system thanks to AMC technology

The Davinci product gives my company a very good solution and meets the goal of my Contcat Center deployment.

AMC is not local in IL bet thy are supports as remotely

don't have problems with AMC products.

We needed to integrate our Cisco UCCE based call center with SAP CRM. 
The only working solution we found and has been serving us with total reliability for 9 years is AMC

**What do you like best about DaVinci?**

Easy to install and setup. Easy to uograde. Zero downtime for 9 years

**What do you dislike about DaVinci?**

I haven't foumd anything to dislike in the product or services.

Best solution I foumd for our needs

We manahed to reduce each call to the call center by 60 to 110 seconds.

We use AMC CTI adaptor to support the phone calls.

**What do you like best about DaVinci?**

AMC CTI adaptor is stable. AMC has been providing good customer support.

**What do you dislike about DaVinci?**

We don't have knowledge of AMC CTI configuration. We need AMC support in each version upgrade.

**What problems is DaVinci solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We use AMC CTI adaptor to support 311 phone calls. So, our call centre staffs can  pick up the calls and keep track the lineup time, time to answer to call. It provides management an insight the performance of the call centre.

Auto-tracking of phone calls, click-to-dial functionality, multiple profiles, creation of phone phrase prompts.

Screen-popping when in the middle of a case or email.

Ask for Vamshi to give you a demo. He's been a great help in getting us off the ground!

Every call is related to a Contact or Opportunity, rather than having to manually create the activity.
