ALTO Exchange Increases supplier adoption and reduce on-ramping costs by eliminating unnecessary complexity. ALTO's Procure to Pay solution allows organizations to simply choose their preferred level of integration from manual data entry, Excel upload capability to XML format.

ALTO Exchange™ was developed to address a real need, and created from within a mid-size buyer in Calgary, AB.

ICG and the buyer had implemented ALTO Accounts Payable ™. With the benefits gained from the buyer using ALTO AP™, ICG identified the opportunity to extend the automation and transparency of the AP work process. The decision was made to create an interface between vendors and buyers.

ICG worked with the buyer and suppliers, captured their concerns and developed an industry leading B2B portal that creates a seamless connection between buyers and suppliers — improving the quality, accuracy and speed of information flow. The result of all that work is ALTO Exchange™.

What do you like best about ALTO Exchange?

Live Chat, customer service, turn-around time on responses were all stellar! Highly recommend. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about ALTO Exchange?

I think the batching system could be improved. As some loads will be 1000+ line items, and it took over 3 hours to load.

Easy solution though: we simply called customer service and they loaded in the back-end for us. (we will probably do all batch loads this way going forward) Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

The man I spoke with was very understanding and patient with me. He answered all my questions and I was able to submit an invoice while he coached me through it. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

The originator not being listed to choose from - in my case the student taking the course

What do you like best about ALTO Exchange?
