What I admire most about Allfred is the simplicity with which you can navigate through the app and how quickly you can get started. Overall, the platform is quite user-friendly, meaning that the learning curve is low, and it doesn’t take much to coordinate between projects and finances. Since you do not have to constantly switch between tools, a lot of time is saved. Better yet, everything is consolidated under the same roof.
Another feather in the cap is how easily it can be integrated into existing workflows. You don’t have to fumble around multiple systems as Allfred has few dependencies and integrates well with the systems you already work with. In fact, their customer support is pretty good as well. They do their best to be as helpful as possible if you run into any issues.
I also enjoy the benefits brought by the integrated features. Real-time resources for timely expenses and documents are developed to increase the employees' work scope. There's little room for doubt that Allfred helps finance departments get their projects done on time while relieving them of excessive manual tasks that could hinder progress.
As far as our organization is concerned, we utilize it often, and it has certainly optimized our team’s performance by at least 20%. To sum up, without a doubt, Allfred is an amazing software solution for any professional interested in streamlining operational processes and effective project management without the headaches. While Allfred is an overall great tool, it is not without its flaws. Some features could be more customizable, and there are occasional glitches that can disrupt the workflow. However, these issues are generally minor and do not significantly impact the overall experience. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Allfred delivers an incredibly smooth and straightforward time-tracking experience. As a software developer, I effortlessly locate all the tasks my team lead has assigned, allowing me to seamlessly monitor my progress throughout the workday. The platform's interface enables me to instantly access comprehensive task details—from descriptions and time estimates to the latest comments—eliminating the need to frantically search through scattered Slack threads and email chains. I rely on Allfred every single day, and its remarkable simplicity continues to impress me. It simply works. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
While I haven't encountered any significant issues in my user experience, on the rare occasions when a small bug appears, their support team responds with remarkable speed and efficiency. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
I really like the system's design, which makes navigation easy. The summary statistics for various project parameters, such as financial indicators and tracked work, are very helpful. Recording work progress helps identify the real state of projects compared to tracked time. A key advantage is the ability to allocate costs from one invoice to multiple projects, which is rare in similar systems. Communication with support is quick and effective. We use the system daily for tasks like time tracking, project management, cost tracking, invoicing, and analysis of budgets and project statuses. The available features meet all our needs. We're currently integrating Allfred with another system, so I hope it will work well. Also implementation in our team the beginnig was smooth without problems. Occasionally, I have to wait a few seconds for certain actions, but it's not a major issue. Some screens display more information than I use, but I understand that different users may need to monitor various parameters. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I switched to Allfred from two-three other tools, that were unable to cover all our needs. It was easy to onboard, as the interface is simple yet complex. I use it daily and I have to say that to date it really covered what we need - from project to team to finance management. I really like to see financial performace of every project. Customer service is always easy to contact and superhelpful. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
When you have big sheet with lot of data, it takes a little bit of time to process. But I think this will be issue with any software. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

As a manager in an advertising agency, I can’t recommend this tool highly enough. It’s a game-changer for project management, putting everything you need in one place. From timelines and tasks to resources and reports, it’s all there, beautifully organized. The intuitive interface makes it easy to navigate, even for those who aren’t tech-savvy. It simplifies complex workflows and has become an essential part of our daily operations—we use it every single day. On top of that, the support team is here for you. If you’re looking for a tool that boosts efficiency, this is the perfect choice! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
sometimes it takes a long time to load but otherwise I can't think of anything more Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Allfred is a planning tool that truly makes sense for advertising agencies because it’s specifically tailored to our needs. As a copywriter or graphic designer, you can clearly see your daily tasks, making workflows highly transparent for the entire team. It’s particularly effective when combined with daily stand-ups. We use it every day for comprehensive task management, which has significantly reduced back-and-forth emails between the creative team and account managers. Compared to my experience with Lotus Notes, Allfred is far easier to use and integrates seamlessly with other tools. Implementation was straightforward, and our entire team adapted to it in no time. While I haven’t needed customer support often, the rare issues I encountered were swiftly resolved. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
The tool used to be a bit slow in the past, but the current version runs smoothly and is impressively fast—even on mobile devices. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Alfred is an excellent tool for resource and time planning, as well as reporting. Its robust features and customizable workflows make it a reliable choice for organizing tasks, optimizing schedules, and generating reports efficiently. Highly appreciated features like one-click tracking and daily summaries make my job in an ad agency much simpler Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
While Alfred is highly intuitive for basic use, exploring its more advanced features may require a bit of effort and learning. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
What I like the most is that I have all my tasks, including assignments, communication with colleagues, time tracking, and more, all in one place. Instead of using multiple tools, I rely on one that contains everything I need in a single, organized, and easy-to-use solution. Transitioning to this tool was simple, I use it every day, and whenever I have issues or questions, the support team responds quickly. Additionally, it integrates with various tools, such as automatically syncing planned vacations from another tool directly into our planning workflow. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Time tracking could be even easier, for example, with a browser plugin or an app. Currently, I start and stop tracking directly in the tool. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

The best user support ever. Very fast with answers and willing to help instead of just sending FAQ links. They dive into the details of each question—whether it's a small bug or a more complicated issue. Bugs are rare and resolved very quickly. The system is continuously being developed, with new features added regularly, and feedback is taken into account, even if some features are requested only by our agency.
Overall, Allfred is easy to use, and it was easier to integrate into our agency than I anticipated. Now it's being used daily by the entire agency. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Some additional integrations considering local legal requirements were needed. Also there is lack in flexibility in some very client specific project management that do not go as a typical flow. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Allfred is a great tool for any project or account manager. It was a first time for me to use a tool like this and it changed everything about my workflow and about managing my tasks. Another thing is an amazing customer support, whenever there is a new update we will get a conference call with the creators and talk all about the new features and how to implement them. It's a true life-saver as well as time-saver because you can have everything you need at your disposal in one neat place. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
I don't see any downfalls. Currently I'm really happy to use all of the features. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
