It is very interactive and easy to follow. I like how you are able to go back and forth and there are options to further clarify any questions that may need followup. The questions asked in order to determine the correct coverage also comes in handy. I like how it gives you the option for side-by-side comparisons of plans. It is also catered to your organization, so it often includes information such as wellness plan participation for discounts. I don't necessarily think it fits to everyone. Although, I answered the questions, the recommended policies don't always seem to add up to what I actually need. I also don't like how it prompts you to use sound whenever you are trying to get through the introduction. Sometimes the interactive part is slow which can cause frustration.
