The change process was difficult if you need to make a correction after go-live. I would like to have an extra review included. It can also be difficult to fit your plans into the templates. The comparisons based on your life situation which add to the employee experience when it comes to their personal life. It allows employees to get questions they may have answered before having to escalate any discrepancies. It empowers employees to make the right decision on the benefits they want and may need in the future. Having to go back and start over everything you want to adjust a life situation. Also the cost in relation to making adjustments to the plat form. The escalation process to make a change is quite frustrating. As the administrator we should be able to take these actions with out having to get the ALEX deployment team involved.
