What is Albus?

Albus helps search for information spread across all your workplace apps from one place. He uses GPT-4 and the latest AI technologies to instantly find the answers you need. He understands contexts in your Slack conversations, the feature specifications in your Jira ticket, your ongoing deals in HubSpot and map all of it together when you ask a question. More importantly, he creates a knowledge graph of all your data so when you ask a question, Albus knows who's the expert for that topic. All of this is made possible in a matter of minutes. It takes at-most 5 minutes to set up Albus, connect your first app and get going. Get started: 1. Connect Albus to your workplace apps that store all your internal data. He supports 30+ apps and more are coming every week. 2. Add your data sources in wikis. Wikis are collections of information for every team, project or department. This lets you segregate information the way it should be. 3. Once you add your data to your wiki, Albus starts training on it. 4. What do you like best about Albus?

Helpful in retrieving answers to repetative questions on slack. Now that it also skims through our KB articles, it's a absolute game changer. A lot of information is missed out and there's a lot of repetation in questions when new people join. This is where to a large extent Albus helps save us time. What do you dislike about Albus?

Comapared to another tool thet we were trying, the answers were a little unreliable since it adds information from the internet. However there's an option where we can ask it to search for answers within our information center. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Albus solving and how is that benefiting you?

- Saves time with repetative questions.

- As a person working in Support, this reduces the TAT in getting back to the costumer.

What do you like best about Albus?

The main feature I like about this is that it's really helpful when I got stuck with my content. Whenever I seek help from albus, it provides detailed information. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

The thing what I don't like about this is that sometimes it provides irrelevant information and we can't relate to it. For example: If minor error is being spotted, it defines our content from the beginning. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I'm learning a course which is related to writing. Daily prompts will be assigned in a regular basis. As we were lot of people in that group, mentors can't go ahead with each of our answers. What do you like best about Albus?

The Albus tool it's easily get integrated with our slack. As an Education Tech company our students can easily talk with Albus AI to clear their doubts and queries. What do you like best about Albus?

I love having AI directly in my company slack channels to ask questions and execute tasks for me. You can also feed it content so that you can allow company employees to ask the AI tool instead of asking humans - things like company handbook info, process info, etc.. Super useful! Its quick and easy to use.

It takes seconds for a resonse.

Its accurate.

What do you like best about Albus?

- The Albus team is genuinely committed to helping us solve our problems

- Albus gives quick answers to internal queries. Our customer support team and customer success team use Albus extensively in their day-to-day work

What do you dislike about Albus?

- The product is still new and developing. So their might be small bugs and issues, but nothing that can't be fixed. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

- Our Customer Support team has a Slack channel where they post all queries that require engineering support. More often than not, these queries are repetitive.

Now, when we ask Albus to answer a query - Albus points us to the last time the same/ similar query was raised. This is the best part of what Albus does and is quite literally the 'gold mine'.

Albus also answers the query that was asked (after reading our company wiki - intercom, slack, notion, HubSpot), but the thing that is really valuable to us is - reading the last time this question was asked - and how it was answered Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Albus?

Out of all the chatbot based solutions where you can upload your documents and fetch information, Albus has got to be one of the best. I have tried a lot, for example - Dante.AI, chatbase and CustomGPt. But Albus was by far the best of all. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Albus can connect with my calendar and schedule/reschedule meetings as well and I think team should work on it as a complete AI assitant on Slack.
