What do you like best about Aircall?

Aircall excels in ease of use and implementation. The setup process was incredibly straightforward - thanks in large part to the intuitive IVR tree, I had the entire system running even before my formal onboarding began. I use it frequently, and the extensive range of features coupled with seamless integration with other tools really streamlines our daily communication. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Aircall?

While the product is robust in many areas, the customer support leaves room for improvement. When I do need assistance - which is rare - it can be challenging to get in touch with someone promptly. The delays in response sometimes make an otherwise excellent tool feel less responsive when issues arise. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Aircall?

I'm a regular user of aircall and i would sugeeet the companies who are based in other countries or interaction for their business to other countries. This is a game changer it saves a lot of money and best app i would recommend Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Aircall?

What do you like best about Aircall?

Their onboarding team was very nice to work with and offered training making it a breeze to get started. The product itself is easy to manage and configure, especially with the visual phone tree. It's small but I really like the text to speech option for voicemails and the different voices, making it quick to configure voicemails for each user. It also has a web phone for if the software one is not available. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Aircall?

My biggest complaint would be the lack of a proper phone directory like a traditional PBX system. This is not major as you can at least dial extensions though even that is a little odd to do. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Aircall?

I love that they are constantly evolving the product. I get the sense customer feedback is genuinely listened to and actioned. Amanda was quick to support us and answer any questions we had and the onboarding call with Juan was easy to follow and very helpful. The product is easy to use. So easy to get started. What do you like best about Aircall?

Aircall has been the easiest system to adapt, integrate and utilise for us. We have been able to transform key areas of our business based on stable service, accurate and easy to navigate analytics and a great partnership approach with their support teams. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Aircall?

The 2hr wait for some reporting verses a live reporting option but this is a very small issue in the grand scheme of things. Reports once received are fantastic Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Aircall?

I like that I can call numbers directly from any website. Any phone number is recognized, I click the phone button and the dialing app opens up and it calls. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Aircall?

Sometimes the phone rings and need to ignore the call but sometimes the pop-up doesn't show it justs rings. I'll even open the desktop app and I don't see where I can silence the call. I can't find the Do not disturb feature. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Aircall?

Since we have started to use Aircall, I have found it is really easy to dial out, especially as it linked with our CRM. Calling and transferring to teammates is also extremelly easy. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Aircall?

I have some customers who I speak to complain sometimes that the quality of the call isn't very good, this is every so often, it's not an issue all of the time. Some customers pick up on the fact that we don't use a conventional phone system and use an 'internet' phone system. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Aircall?

I really like how easy it is to use and how powerful and unparalleled the lead source tracking and phone tracking systems are. It's great for consumers to be able to track quotes and sales values, and it's even better to be able to send notification emails when you identify online and offline channels that are generating calls. In addition, the chat log provides insight into marketing efforts and keywords. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Aircall?

Marking leads as quotable or unquotable is a pain because it opens the leads in a new window instead of directly in the dashboard, which I find inconvenient. This is something that should be looked at, even though it is not a big deal. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Aircall?

I really enjoy the notes adding function, this pulls through to Hubspot which is our CRM and this is such a handy feature! It means that we aren't wasting time and can make as many proactive calls. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Aircall?

We integrated our Aircall with our Salesforce instance, it was so easy and straightforward and works perfectly four our team. Our BDRs uses Aircall on a daily basis and and we also use the phone line for any inquiries coming from the website. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
