The best thing about Aha! is being able to create dynamic roadmaps that stay up to date in real-time and share them with executives. It's very easy to create great reports with stunning visuals and incorporate them into presentations. Also, the integrations with Jira and Confluence are very useful! Aha! is like any other system where its garbge in, garbage out, so you need to make sure you're setting up your workspace correctly, and this is where Aha! Academy comes in. Definitely take the course and understand the basics so that you can set up everything correctly or else you wont get the output you need. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

- Customizations: The fact that I can easily customize reports, create custom fields and adjust integrations with development tools.
- Access: free unlimited viewer accounts that can view & create reports
- Multiple templates to choose from to guide reporting
- The new Notebook and Whiteboard features are powerful even though they just came out, rivaling the likes of OneNote (Notebook), Mural and Lucidchart (Whiteboard)
- Presentations: replacing Powerpoints with interactive presentations that show live data with customizable drill-downs is pretty amazing!
- Ideas: the ideas portal (the basic version comes free with a Roadmaps license) is very powerful
- Archiving: being able to archive past years but still access the records for reporting
- Support: the quick and solid support provided (via email or via calls
- Updates: the constant features being updated/rolled out and the demos Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Small things like:
- Reports & Dashboards are hidden in the menu (under 'Roadmaps' button)
- Customized coloring in reports and roadmaps should allow for full row coloring to highlight/segregate information in a way that is easier to digest
- Custom worksheets need to be activated once to start syncing
- for a strategy tool, the objectives features are very basic, one has to build their own key results fields via custom tables.
- Hierarchy reports can be powerful but very hard to consume/digest Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

The best thing I like about Aha is it's integration features. Unlike other Product management tools, we can integrate many tools with Aha. Aha gives developers option to integrate ServiceNow, Jira etc. Which is not possible in tools like product plan and asana. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Although the product is great, the UI ia not user friendly. It will take extensive training for teams to get acquainted with Aha. Also, it's pricing is a bit high compared to other players in the market. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Aha! enables Product Management professionals to easily gather feedback, formulate goals and strategic initiatives and tie that all back to structured solution requirements. It empowers product teams to organize and govern all of the things required for products to be successful.
Other considerations:
- Customer support is top notch
- Implementation is completely within your control as the tool is highly customizable and flexible. This can work against you if you don't have experience with the tool so it's best to resist the temptation to over configure the product and refine after use.
- Integrations with SSO, engineering and support tools are easy to configure and support Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
The downside of Aha! is that not all features and functions are included in the base price. I understand the pricing model but am not a fan of paying for individual features or add ons when the monthly cost is already not cheap. I just want to pay one (low) rate and get it all. The Aha Platform is extremely customizable. It is easy to align to the needs of various teams, whether through templates, terminology, layouts, and other customizations. Also, we have received great support from the Aha! team. Our concierge is always responsive and provides helpful advice on our complex use cases.

Our main pain point is the lack of integration into the Google Suite - Google Docs, Slides, Sheets, etc. We are happy with the product capabilities that Aha provides. However, there is a challenge in communicating that broadly to leadership given the desire to have this data integrated into our standard company-wide tools. We use the G Suite of products predominantly across the organization, but Aha offers no integration capabilities with the G Suite. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

We all know that Aha is easy to use - but do you know that their Support Team is top-notch? I wasn't paying attention and accidentally marked all customer suggestions as something we will not ever do.
Upon realizing my error, I reached out to Aha's Support group. They quickly grasped the issue and went to work on how to fix my mistake.
I'd like to give a big shout-out to Brittany and Johnathon in Support. They fixed my error quickly!
