I am an admin for Aha so this review is from that standpoint.
JIRA integration is very easy to set up.
Layout templates are easy to manage.
AI capability in documentation - this has been very helpful. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Support tool - there is none. I have to do everything via email. It is very difficult to track issues - you don't even give a ticket number to track. When I have to look for past information, I have to search my emails. Other vendors I work with have a cloud support tool so I can easily find my tickets and track. I really enjoyed having one person who managed my whole experience from 1st contact, virtual meetings, and the casual list of questions. Their support was always responsive, and helpful, and they had great pacing in the sales process. We even went over our trial period and they extended it easily. Then when it came time to pay, it felt like they just had to "flip a switch" and our account was live - implementation was a breeze. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
I think the software is a little confusing at first because you have to understand their hierarchy of information. But once we talked through that in a 30min meeting, I was able to move fast and learn the product well enough to sell it to my team. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
The Aha platform is fantastic because it enables our product teams to manage the entire workflow within a single tool. From gathering ideas in the ideas portal to constructing releases and monitoring the go-to-market strategy, Aha provides a unified workspace for all our teams, ensuring transparency in both current and upcoming projects.
The customer support is also something I love - extremely responsive and helpful. If I ever have a question or a problem they are quick to respond and very helpful. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
The tool can sometimes be complex. With numerous options to customize workspaces, workflows, and custom fields, it can be overwhelming. Often, I value the tool's configurability, but it also adds a layer of complexity.. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Aha! really is a modern product development tool. They way to manage epics, user stories, ideas etc. are great, and I see from Aha!'s Big Ideas that there's more to come.
On top, the customer support is really great and incredibly fast. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
There are still some limitations, e.g., in one view, I can adjust Feature cards, but not Epics cards; or we cannot adjust colors of tags. But I hope that when the respective Ideas are upvoted, Aha! will build these features. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Everything you want to do as part of a Product Management organization is possible with Aha!. From managing your strategy and integrating with developer systems to visualizing progress and organizing your day, Aha! has it all. There isn't anything I need to do that Aha! cannot provide.
We recently upgraded to Roadmaps Enterprise+ and the concierge service provided was invaluable. It not only helped us maximize the use of the Aha! tool but also guided us in new directions for product management within our organization. I cannot recommend this service (and specifically Max Robbins) enough! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Non-paid seat users say they struggle with navigation, knowing what workspace they are in, and where they need to go to see or find what they are looking for. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Aha!'s integration to Salesforce helps us identify which customers are requesting specific features or enhancements and their associated value to our business. This allows us to effectively prioritize our roadmap to deliver capabilities that are addressing customer needs. Aha! portals helps the product management maintain a two-way communication channel with our field teams so they know what stage of development a feature is in and whether it is on the roadmap. The user interface could be more polished and improved. Otherwise, there are no major dislikes I have about Aha! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
What I like best about Aha! is how it streamlines and elevates portfolio management by providing a centralized, visual roadmap that aligns projects and initiatives with strategic goals. Aha allows us to capture feedback and ideas across the organization, which can help in prioritizing projects based on value Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
It can feel a bit overwhelming with so many features and options available right away. It takes some time to understand how everything connects. However, once you get the hang of it, Aha becomes incredibly helpful in visualizing project, portfolios, aligning goals, and managing resources efficiently. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I've been working with the AHA team to aquire the a SW licence for our product management group. They have been very helpful and responsive throughout the whole process. They have listened and understood our needs as a company and gone out of their way to accomodate, which is greatly appreciated. I have had the pleasure of communicating with them over call and not just emails, which has given a personal touch to the experience. We have already trialed AHA for our group and the features available from a product roadmapping perspective was the best from all the SW tools we considered. It was simple and easy to use and is also scalable.
Looking forward to continued use of AHA within our group. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
We did not have any negative experience of note. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Aha! is our strategy, roadmap and planning tool. We use it for filtering ideas, and communicate to customers and stakeholders. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
The hierarchy system is nice but sometimes gets in the way.
User management could be improved to allow contributors at a more granular level e.g. allow contributions to the Feature board, but not to the Strategy. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
