AgilityPortal Pricing Reviews
First, I want to address the cons listed on the page...
Customization seems to be unlimited. I reached out to CS because I needed a ‘help portal’ for my team to submit requests to me the same way I submit requests to Agility CS. I am sure they had constructed exactly what I needed no more than three business days later.
Poor CS—THIS IS FALSE. Let me be clear: I am a demanding customer. I expect prompt and precise responses. I have sent several requests, and each has been replied to within the same or the next business day. When I have not responded to their messages, they reach out multiple times to check in and ensure the issue is resolved.
Second, the rest of my thoughts...
The number of features baffled me, and I couldn’t believe the price point for what I was getting. Can that be slightly overwhelming? Yes. But, back to the customizability, you can make it as simple as you need.
If you do precisely as the CS suggests and allow them to walk you through the setup, implementation is pretty simple, but of course, you and your team will have a learning curve.
I spent three months searching every HR platform—truly, every single one. I can’t even guess how many demos I went through. I signed up and trialed at least eight. I know beyond a shadow of a doubt that for the price, this platform offers unmatched value. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
My only con, more so an opportunity for improvement, is the multiple menu options available. For me, having a menu on the top and side and then widgets for menu sections was too much. I want one single point of truth when working in any platform. So, that would mean, as a user, I choose... Do I want widgets or a menu? Differentiating the main menu items from the tabs within a section would be helpful.
But that being said, I know the team is dedicated to continuously improving the platform. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
