Agicap is a very intuitive tool which makes our everyday tasks like managing liquidity on several accounts, monitoring transactions and keeping track of open positions easy. Until now, the Agicap support has been nothing but helpful and fast, in the implementation period as well as now. Additionally, Agicap often implements new features and listens to its clients if they wish for changes or have new ideas. We are overall very happy with Agicap! I genuinely cannot think of major downsides. All problems we have had were addressed. Some features we would find helpful are not (yet) implemented, but our ideas were always taken seriously by our account responsibles and sometimes even realized by their development team.
