Agicap Pros and Cons

Agicap is a great tool for cash flow management. The team invest a lot of resources in implementation and they take time to understand your needs and meet your expectations. In terms of their customer care I've had the best experience with amongst many software providers I had encounters with. It is a great tool for everyday cash flow management, you can also set scenarios for certain events to see how this will affect your cash. I like the reports and the KPI's on there too. It's fairly easy to use and if you are ever stuck their customer service is available via chat and they are pretty responsive too. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

It doesn't integrate with SAGE, and you need to delete the uploads from last time before uploading the most recent ones.This part could be automated. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

We integrated Agicap as our cash flow management tool, as it combines 3 components in one tool or one software.

It greatly supports us in our daily work in finance ensures that we get away from a multitude of Excel lists. As each tool is responsible for a specific area Agicap Cashflow, gives us a liquidity overview for a selected period with one click. We can work with forecasts and different scenarios here and also compare them against each other. A reporting can be created individually with different key indicators / KPIs and via customisable dashboards.

The whole system is connected to our bank accounts and credit cards so that we are up to date with the payment movements on our accounts on a daily basis.

With Cash Collect our customer invoices are automatically recorded in Agicap when they are sent to the customer and stored there with the corresponding information, e.g. payment terms, and are transferred directly to our cash planning. So we have an overview of our open items at all times and can create analyses, e.g. of the debtor term. With Agicap we have integrated a dunning system for the first time. As the last part of our Cash Management, we have Agicap Payment for the management of our accounts payables including a helpful approval process for all invoices.

Finally, we can also compile payment runs directly via Agicap Payment and transfer them to our bank via an EBICS interface.

All the necessary customer and account data can be stored in the system, so that the manual entry of transfers are reduced to a minimum in the future. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

J'ai eu très peu de formation sur l'outil donc je pense que je ne l'utilise pas de manière optimal.
