Firstly, it's the easiest platform I've ever used, we went through months of trials with lots of similar softwares and they were either too difficult to navigate, not user friendly or incredibly overpriced. All of our staff love to use AgencyAnalytics collaboratively, it's so user friendly and we love the ability to personalise client reports with logos, text boxes which we use to track goals, and of course the range of colour options to tailor reports to our clients. In just one month of us AgencyAnalytics we've had lots of great feedback from our clients, saying our reports are much easier to understand than what we used to do. Another huge benefit is the support, anytime we've had a query the AgencyAnalytics team are fast to respond, super friendly and really take the time to explain, this is a deal breaker for me, I think it's so important to have great support options and AgencyAnalytics ticks all the boxes. I can't recommend AgencyAnalytics enough to agencies of all sizes who are looking to streamline their reporting or management of clients, it's such an incredible platform! AgencyAnalytics provides one of the easiest-to-use and most insightful reporting platforms out there and has been upping its game over the past three years that my agency has used it. We use it to deliver monthly digital marketing reports and check weekly performance via its dashboards. I love the intuitive user interface for agency staff servicing clients and the ability to easily customize reports tailored to specific clients' needs regarding data. Additionally, the platform has an extensive integration library that connects with almost all major third-party analytics sources for digital marketers.

Better than trying to have reports side by side, I'm sure we're all tired of looking at salesforce next to DataStudio next to Meta Business Dashboards... exhausting. AgencyAnalytics has been the best thing that happened to our reporting process. They make it super easy to integration your channels. But what I like the most is the fact that they are constantly making updates and adding new integrations. They are also open to suggestions which is a big plus.
I submitted a suggestion myself and within weeks, they reached out to me asking for my opinion as to how this new tool/solution would help my day to day.

It's hard to find something that has been so good to our monthly process. If I were to point something out, would be the report look and feel customization. We have had some updates in the past which made them much better, but I feel like we need a bit more.

As an advertising agency, before we started using Agency Analytics, we used to prepare our client reports manually, which typically took one employee about 10 days to complete all the reports. Now, it takes only about 30 seconds to send monthly reports to our clients. The platform is very easy to use and offers a wide range of integration options. Their customer support is also excellent. You have incredible access to a huge variety of reporting functions that you can aggregate in one place: analytics, call tracking, database, ecommerce, email, local, paid ads, SEO, and local. You can customise your reports, white label them, and provide really valuable insights to clients. And yet even after all that, somehow, by far the best thing is that the support you recieve from the Team is incredible and unparalleled. The live chat connects you directly to a real person who is qualified to give you in-depth assistance. Tom assisted me and answered my very specific questions in full, monitored the campaigns where I needed assistance, and followed up 24 hours later completely unprompted.
