What do you like best about Whatagraph?
Over the past two months I've spent dozen of hours living inside the product: both, as a marketer and a product-led content writer.
I've suffered through manual reporting, so my main considerations were ease of use, integrations, and data blending. Also, making it pretty!
1. Whatagraph's drag-and-drop widgets are so simple to use, they practically make the report FOR you. And because most marketing reports are really dull, I love small touches like customizing icons for widgets!
2. The customer support team is lightning fast. And I mean, whenever I've had an issue, I can expect to have a proper conversation from within my dashboard in real time in under 3 minutes of raising a ticket.
3. They have a 99.95% uptime guarantee which is pretty neat considering I work with large sets of data from different sources and until now, not once has the platform gone down!
4. A nifty little feature is that it goes one step further in white-labeling and gives you a custom domain so the platform feels like an extension of your brand, not just some random third-party tool. Makes me feel a lot more confident sharing reports with my branding slapped on!
5. But the most note-worthy benefit of using Whatagraph is SAVING BILLABLE HOURS. I don't have to play Dr. Frankenstein with 7 different platforms and then spin the screenshots through Canva to "prettify" the data. Whatagraph does it all, in literally 20 minutes. What do you dislike about Whatagraph?
As of now, as a solopreneur, I can't afford Whatagraph long-term.
Also, I'd like to be able to connect my personal media accounts to pull data for analysis. (Although I realize that this is a murky data privacy situation.) Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
