Adrenalin has a great interface and it has many great features like regularisation of attendance and making travel requests within the portal. The shift planner is also a great feature to manage flexible hours. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
I did not liked the UI of 1.0 version of adrenalin but it has improved in the recent version. Other than that it is completing all the basic needs that A HCM or an HRM is expected to do. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Different colour coding for attendance recording is very good. Green - Present, Red - Absent, Light Blue - Week OFF, Yellow - Holiday.
In this, we get to know which day is a holiday just at the start of the year. All the holidays can be seen while marking your attendance, by seeing the Yellow colour. This helps in planning holidays very well.
Other thing is that we get to know whether the leaves have been approved or not just looking at the calendar. Other thing is that, just go to that search panel option and type attendance regularisation details. We'll see the list of the days our leaves have been applied and what leaves or attendance have been approved or not.
This is the best thing I liked with the adrenaline HR management tool. This helps an easy flow with the leaves and attendance in a better way.
Another best thing is that the employee complete details can be seen at just a search of your name away. Just click on the search panel, type your name and click your profile. You will get to see the complete details of that employee.
Other thing that involves is that you can see your employee id, your reporting manager and other details of an employee info at just a glance.
Different segments of rule books, policy, careers, opportunities, learning and development, offers, values in an organised and easy manner. This seems to be a very best part of this HR management tool. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
1) Lags too much
2) Needs re-loading everytime.
3) In accurate tracking of attendance sometimes. ( showed absent on Sunday sometimes, needs to be refreshed.)
4) Too many web pages and links inside that tool. Hence server is very slow.

I like how easy it is to manage and track employees in the system. Employees also have an easier time timing in and timing out, filing leaves, and even filling up forms. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

The best part of this Adrenalin application is that we can check our attendance easily, leaves, leave balance, etc. Applying for Attendance Regularization, is also a good part of the application. It contains some special features like HR & Payroll, Performance Management, Shifts Management, Training Management, Workflow Administration, Application Security, etc. HR can easily update any thing related to official work which can be seen by all the employees.It is an useful application for both the HR as well as for an employee also. To sign in and sign out attendance from th application only.
No worries of getting late in the morning, as we can log in from the nearby location also.
We can apply for leaves and can also apply for Attendance Regularisation, if we forget to sign in or sign out. see Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Sometimes it doesn't get the exact and right location.
