You can figure out most of what you need without calling for assistance. The system is quite straightforward and reasonably easy to use. I like the ease of uploading agency and garnishment notices. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Some reports take a while to pull up and some reports can be a bit difficult to figure out. It would also be good if we could get a report from the ADP side showing what files the client sent over instead of having to wait for our representative to contact the tax team to get a report of what was sent over. I like that the home page gives you dashboard visibility to things that need to be addressed, such as agency notices, jurisdictions to be set up or amendments that need approval. You don't have to seek those things out because as soon as you log in, you can see what needs to be taken care of. The ease of use for reports for ledger and tax deposit summaries is beneficial for research of payments and helps field agency notice questions promptly. The way the quarterly and annual tax reporting documents are stored makes research more accessible and efficient. Our account manager is always available and eager to help. We have biweekly, quarter and annual meetings with our account manger to discuss open items and she is always prompt with her responses. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
When you go to certain screens, such as reports, there is a window inside a window that is hard to navigate the scroll bar. This is the same for periodic and quarterly tax input screens. I believe these are areas that could be improved for ease of use. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
