I like that I have support all the time for anything I need help with. The platform is really easy to use. When things are working perfectly, I really like the time card uploads. I do wish that I didnt have to convert back and forth from decimals to 60 minute increments. The HR portion of ADP is very helpful to me as I am a new HR manager. The only thing I can think of that I dislike is the fact that when doing time cards in the time cards place. I have to convert decimals to time. So 5:30 hours worked is 5.5 hours when doing time cards. I wish they could just add the conversion to the bottom of the Calendar so it makes it easier for tracking hours. I use the ADP Run app every day. Easily integrates the timecard and employee data real time, and accurate. All the forms are filed quarterly and annually in timely manner. It is very easy to use and data is safe. I have found it easy to implement for new employee onboarding. Customer service is great. The number of departments is limited to five. This makes it hard to properly segregate employees who regularly work across multiple departments, especially when a new department is added due to expansion.

I love the ease of the system. Onboarding a new employee, asking questions about tax notices, payroll, reports, and pretty much everything in the ADP portal is user friendly. The best part is that when there is a question, the chat is always available and the person on the other end is a real person, not an automated response so you get real answers, real help. I have had no issues with RUN leaving no complaints. My only criticism would be sometimes having confusion on the tax end but given that our company works out of multiple states and has a complicated set up, it's really not much of a complaint. I wish there was more flexibility on customizing reporting, along with a more modern interface in certain areas. The ability to customize report easier based on the exact data needed. It would be helpful to really add in the data I want for internal review instead of just standard templates to customize. More filtering options would be helpful so I don't need to do extra cleanup after I export the reports. I enjoy the live chat feature. I have found it to be quite useful since working with ADP and they have resolved my concerns quite quickly. Also, having been a customer now for several months, the RUN site is so user-friendly and it makes the process of payroll extremely quick and it basically does all the work! Implementation takes quite awhile and is not as straightforward as I would prefer, but the District Manager that I work with has been very helpful when I needed help. For a small business, it can be difficult to navigate all of that, but with RUN Powered by ADP, all I have to do is input what's necessary and it's all integrated to the bank account. I trust that they would handle everything, and employees get paid at the correct time. The learning curve for navigating some of the more specialized features could be improved. The onboarding process was okay, but I wish they took more time to explain how the platform works once you're onboarded. The interface, while functional, is not always the most intuitive, especially when you're a first-time user and do not know what exactly you're trying to locate. I like that I don't have to wait for someone from RUN Powered by ADP to pull reports for me. I can efficiently pull them myself whenever I need to. Getting ahold of someone is very difficult. I needed to update my address recently on our WC policy through ADP and couldn't get ahold of anyone. Our first payroll was messed up because of the person helping us and my staff didn't get paid on time. Also, my staff often have issues with the app not letting them clock in or out. I switched to ADP because our previous company had an app with these issues, so it is frustrating to switch to one of the largest companies and still find their services are unreliable for my team. There are times when it is tough to reach their customer support and their call center appears to be in a foreign company and there is sometimes a basic communication issue. We recently downgraded our plan because we were using the highest available plan and we were not using any of the features for over a year. I might suggest that you have account representatives review individual accounts to find out why they aren't using pieces of the plan and educate them about the various offerings.
