We have to export all raw data and reorganize information in Excel to finish our statistical analysis. The search bar in the top middle of the page is exceptional at finding what I'm looking for. For example, I couldn't find where to update my banking info on the menu, but the search bar found it no problem. I also like that the chat feature is always in the bottom right corner for help from customer support if I need it. The integration with our HR and 401k is very helpful. **What do you dislike about RUN Powered by ADP?** Forcing me to update my password on a regular basis is a major pain. We find ADP to be much easier than trying to process payroll ourselves through Quickbooks or the like. It shows me everything about my company—employees, the time clock, tax rules, etc.—all in one place at a glance. I also really like the chat option for communicating with representatives. I’ve never had a better chat experience, and most problems get solved within 30 minutes or are submitted to the appropriate team to handle further, which I appreciate. The app’s performance is great, and running payroll is a breeze—it doesn’t take me long at all. We use a physical time clock as well as an iPad time kiosk to capture time from employees at odd locations. During setup, the representatives worked with us to find a reasonable budget for our needs and not go overboard with features we didn’t need. I also love the AI chat and how it connects me with the right team member to help with my issues. We love the quickbooks integrations that allows us to connect QBO to our Run ADP account **What do you dislike about RUN Powered by ADP?** I would say one of the the things I dislike about Run by ADP is sometimes I feel like the time clock itself does not have the best features as far as having employees clock in for different jobs at different rates, its a little bit confusing but not impossible **What problems is RUN Powered by ADP solving and how is that benefiting you?** Run Powered by ADP is solving several problems of our company! Payroll is at the top of our list but they also take care of all of the tax filing for us, and they help even with outside tax issues that affect things like W2s. Our company had an employee receive TDI compensation which I hadn't dealt with before but I simply sent the tax report to ADP and they reviewed it and amended the employees W2. It was such a relief to have their expertise. We also benefit from timekeeping, employee records, HR reporting, tax info, and even a calendar with all employees hire dates and birthdays has been so beneficial! ### 17. It is directed towards small businesses, so there are not a lot of setup options and details that practitioners have to worry about. The pay cycles automatically start (which is nice after incurring issues from occasionally forgetting to in another platform), and it provides plenty of reminders and standard reports. I have always been able to call in for assistance, and the ADP Assist chat has also been helpful when I need guidance while in noisy areas. Compared to Workforce Now, I think Run may be easier for someone without experience to jump right in. **What do you dislike about RUN Powered by ADP?** After coming to Run from years of extensive use in Workforce Now, there simplicity of Run feels restrictive, granted I only use Run once a week compared to five days a week in Workforce Now. Changes have to be manually on time instead of having the ability to set a future effective date. The more condensed version has its benefits, but I feel I sometimes lack information not being able to see all the settings and audit histories. They do a lot more than just payroll processing and help take a significant amount of administrative burden off us as employers, allowing us to spend more time focusing on running the business and supporting our team. The initial setup was very easy and straightforward, with lots of guidance. I felt like we had our hand held during the process, which is perfect when learning something new. ADP's customer support has also been consistently impressive. Whenever I've needed assistance, I've typically been connected with a live representative very quickly. This has been requested on more than two occasions, by phone and by mail, and we have not received any updates on this matter.
