Using Run has made processing payroll super easy for me. The support system is super fast and reliable. I use RUN powered by ADP on a daily basis to check the TimeKeep feature but also to stay up to date on anything new. I am not a US citizen, so I am totally unfamiliar to US HR practice.

ADP representatives are always with me. They respond to my emails very quickly and sometimes help me process payroll on the phone. Sharing my screen while speaking on the phone with ADP was very easy to understand HR and payroll processes.

The chat feature is also very useful. They respond very quickly at any time.

They are professional, which you can rely on for all HR matters.

I am a non-resident alien, so I exempt from paying FICA taxes. The ADP does not have the feature for non-resident alien, so first, I struggled to set my payroll deductions. ADP operator helped me exempt from fica by changing some settings. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

The most helpful part of ADP RUN is how easy it is to contact support. Not only is everything typically found quick and easy it is also so easy to get an answer from support on where something is. General Ledger can be a little difficult but for good reason, and like my positive review, just contact support and they will take care of you. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Run can simplify so many tasks. The timekeeping feature makes payroll so much easier than calculating hours manually and submitting them. I definitely keep more of my time lol. I really appreciate the free webinars that are provided to assist with any questions. There is also an online chat available to ask questions if unsure. What's most helpful is that everything HR is in one place, and ADP helps me keep current with compliance. As a small non-profit with 8 remote workers in 8 different states, not having to spend valuable resources on staying current with multiple state rules is so valuable. The app is very user friendly. the thing I like the most is it allows new hires to onboard themselves. Users can also make changes to their own information. Also the dashboard is set up very efficiently. I like that it sends you reminders of the tasks ... like your weekly payroll is due. Also when you have processed it sends you a confirmation email. Only thing I can think of is to view paystubs you have to dwonload. Really that's the most inconvenience I have had. Hardly ever have to do that . Just every now and then.
