It is so easy to use, the reporting. This year it took me 20 min to process bouns before it would take hours! The reporting is so easy. Showing us that someone pay is higher or lower then normal helps prevent payroll erros. The support team is also amazing as this might come up here and their. I like that it is very easy to process. ADP has a great support team, they are available via chat, call, or text. My agent visits me weekly and checks in on me to make sure I don't need any additional support. I love the fact that ADP calculates all of the liabilites needed each payroll run. Easy to use -- intuitive. I didn't have a lot of help to get set up but was able to figure it out easy enough. I like that I can do many of the entries and changes myself and am notified every time a change is made for security. The search feature brings up anything I can't find. We are new to run but we love it! We used to have to enter everything manually. ADP Run integrates with our Open Dental software saving time, reducing errors and creating a smoother flow. ADP systems do not always link or intergrate with other platforms. It works best if you use their systems for payroll and benefits to ensure information is shared between systems. Not necessarily RUN, but ADP sales has been innundating me with emails trying to get us to sign up for 401k, etc. I've responded multiple times we're not interested, but they keep sending the messages. I just delete them now. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
