What problems is Adobe Marketo Engage solving and how is that benefiting you?

One of the biggest problems Marketo solves for us is the automation of our marketing processes. It automates repetitive operational tasks, we can focus more on strategy and creative aspects of our campaigns boosting the team's productivity. Another benefit is campaign sending. We can easily set up, manage, and send out marketing campaigns at scale. This includes everything from batch email campaigns to nurture campaigns, across mutliple channels including SMS, Social and email.

Data and consent handling is another area where Marketo helps us. Marketo is the platform we use for managing customer data and ensuring compliance and helps us handle customer information securely. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Adobe Marketo Engage?

Marketo is the most sophisticated marketing operations platform I have used. It was easy to impliment, has enterprise scale, more robust feature set for more advanced workflows, easy to use interface, and seemlessly integrates with all of my other MarTech and SaleTech solutions. What do you dislike about Adobe Marketo Engage?

I don't have any major complaints. No product is perfect, but Marketo does everything I need it to. It may be a little more expensive than a solution like HubSpot, but for good reason as you can create more complex work flows, utilize a more robust feature set, and opporate at enterpise scale. What do you like best about Adobe Marketo Engage?

Marketo still feels dated and years behind some of its other competitors. The user experience feels similar to that of a Windows 98 computer and the customer support could be more helpful. What do you like best about Adobe Marketo Engage?

Marketo is an outdated product with a user interface that hasn't changed in over 10 years, making it not very user friendly. The management of the files is not convincing, the account management is cumbersome. I have a bad overall experience with the product. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Adobe Marketo Engage?

Marketo's automation is not very customisable compared to Hubspot. The reporting is very inefficient. The integration with other tools such as Salesforce, zoominfo, etc. has an impact on performance. In addition, the cost of Marketo is extremely high compared to other marketing automation platforms.
