Marketo is the most sophisticated marketing operations platform I have used. It was easy to impliment, has enterprise scale, more robust feature set for more advanced workflows, easy to use interface, and seemlessly integrates with all of my other MarTech and SaleTech solutions. I don't have any major complaints. No product is perfect, but Marketo does everything I need it to. It may be a little more expensive than a solution like HubSpot, but for good reason as you can create more complex work flows, utilize a more robust feature set, and opporate at enterpise scale.
